Kyvos helps us keep sensitive data in check
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos makes it easy to manage access. We only have to add business logic at one place and it is reused across reports. Having Kyvos has drastically reduces errors and now we know that no one is using outdated metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out as a concern. The platform is mature and continues to evolve with our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, I had to review reports often to ensure teams weren’t using outdated information. Now, with Kyvos, I don’t have to worry about it.
Easier to manage who sees what
What do you like best about the product?
I can control who can have access to Kyvos, from one place. No need to go tool by tool to apply data security rules and filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far. It gives us the control and visibility we need, and we haven’t run into any blockers using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with unauthorized people seeing sensitive data. Kyvos helped fix that with better control and tracking.

What do you dislike about the product?
Kyvos is solid. Functionality-wise, there’s nothing to complain about—it’s been delivering consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos replaced our need for fragmented OLAP cubes and summary tables. Now, we maintain only one unified model and everyone, across BI tools gets the same trusted data. It saves time and reduces errors.
We don’t have missed risks or slow updates any more
What do you like best about the product?
We always get up-to-date numbers on all our assets. Checking for risk across old and new data is finally easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s nothing to dislike. It does what we need, and after getting used to it, the experience has been smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos lets our team spot trends quickly and make much fast and better decisions because we use all our data, not only last week’s reports.
Works smooth with our cloud setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because Kyvos runs well with our cloud. Even when we have very big data, it does not get slow. All our old tools work same, as before, so I do not need to learn new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform works as expected. We haven’t seen any issues, and it fits into our systems without much effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our data is growing much bigger now, but Kyvos keeps reports quick. I do not have to build new systems every time, and our teams do not wait for long time to get the reports. It is simple for us to manage more data as the company grows.
We are not fixing the same report 5 times
What do you like best about the product?
I build one version of a report, and different teams use it as-is. Don’t need to fix logic in five places.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I dislike about Kyvos. Once you know how it works, it fits in well with how our reporting process runs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had multiple dashboards for same thing, all showing different numbers. Now everything is aligned and easier to manage.
One model works across all teams
What do you like best about the product?
I only need to create logic once, and all users across departments can use it in their own tools. We don’t have to build the same thing again for every group. It saves time and is simple for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don’t find anything bad. After finishing the first setup, I do not have to fix or change much.

Earlier we had to build same metric over and over. Now it's shared and consistent. Saves time and avoids confusion.
Makes fixing and sharing data easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like Kyvos because when I fix or change something in how data is set up, everyone sees the same thing right away, in any tool. I don’t need to send files or explain changes many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about the product so far. It works well for whatever I need to make my work easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos makes it much easier for me because when I add a new rule or fix something, all the reports and dashboards use it right away. I don’t have to double-check numbers or answer lots of questions from other teams anymore. Everyone always sees the same numbers, which saves my time and keeps things simple for me and my team.
Drilling into details is easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can look at my numbers in any way I want. If I am asked to show results by team or for a certain month, I just click and it’s all right there, super fast. I don’t need to wait for data or make separate spreadsheets
What do you dislike about the product?
Kyvos has been working well for all my tasks and needs without any problems yet. So far, it looks reliable and consistent, helping me get my work done smoothly every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to take a long time to split numbers by team or by month, and sometimes I had to ask IT for help or wait for someone to build a new report. Now I just do it myself while people are asking questions in a meeting. It’s helped me share answers with my team almost right away, and everyone gets what they need faster.
One place to control who sees what
What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos makes it really simple to decide who can see each piece of data. I don’t worry about people accessing stuff they shouldn’t. With just a few clicks, I set up permissions and know that our rules are followed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the rules at first takes some time, especially if the team is big. After that, changing things is quick and easy.

We manage all user access from one place, so no need to repeat work in different tools.
