What do you like best about the product?
With ML model we are able to detect and block the attacks and the team was super helpful and supporting us whenever we need them. The features and the usage was amazing

Cequence has a lot of features with AI/ML integrated into the tool and customer support is awesome

The Dashboard needs to be drilled down like if we click on OWASP top 10 all the events related should be opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting from malicious attacks and bot attacks and security posture of organisation.
When you got "it" you have it and these guys do!

Their tool does what they say it does, and their culture. They honestly get the job done. Customer Support is amazing, product is easy to use, lots of features.

THis is a very hard question because every challange we have given them they have met

What do you like best about the product?
Spider and Crawling feature is the one of the best along with the detections and counter automated bots. Also, it's easy to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such for this tool. To me all feature looks good.

It's addressing issues with web apps and APIs.

What do you like best about the product?
Cequence Security’s capacity to detect and counter automated bot attacks is perhaps one of the most impressive things that I came across. Its an AI driven solution that immediately recognizes and covers risks to our web applications. As our current architecture is integrated with the company’s SIEM and WAF systems, it is easy to add the solution to our security defense. Additionally, it increases controllability in acute security incidents and the convenient dashboard helps to manage them.
What do you dislike about the product?
A disadvantage of Cequence Security is that the software is not as detailed in terms of the number of analyses that can be done. This hampers the opportunity of organisational security incidents analysis and may call for additional work. But it is compatible with other security tools and if they provide more guidelines and documentation about how it can be integrated further then it will prove beneficial. This sometimes results in a certain level of latency in fully capitalizing on those integration opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the automated bot attacks on the web infrastructure, Cequence Security provides a strong solution in containing them. This it does at high speeds and proactively manages these threats so as to guarantee uninterrupted service and security of data. This enhances our security systems and the confidence of customers in our business. Intuitive interface is used in our team to handle security process related actions and it has increased efficiency to a great extent.

I personally like the user experience of the product with Intuitive UI.
Setup is very simple as it requires no code instrumentation and no need of learning new technology.
Product Comes with bundled license of discovery,compliance and protection of API's and can go with standalone license based on customer requirement.
We have seen live API attacks being detected and mitigated it could be API threats ,fingerprint scans,Vulnerabilties analysis, bot attacks etc
Cequence security comes with lot of integration with SIEM solutions as well.

Cost of the bundled license seems high as they come with Spyder,Sentinel & spartan

Main problem it solved is discovery of all API it not only uncovered shadow APIs but also shows the score of compliance

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like Cequence Security a lot for its excellent threat detection features. The simplicity with which the software can be used is simply impressive because it allows one to monitor and deal with possible security threats. As for its integration with the current tools, such as our SIEM solution, it was smooth which provided for a broad level of security management. We have included quite many features like automatic threat containing and rich analytics which has boosted our security system tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cequence Security has some drawbacks and one of them is that it reacts by sending out false positives and this leads to alert and interruption. This has impacted our operations in a manner that has stretched the concentration away from where it is supposed to be. Also, the first time setting up in the networks was not smooth at all as it was time consuming and tiresome to do it initially right. It is a highly flexible tool with a lot of features, but the confusing interface make it the best tool to do the actual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cequence Security is helping us address our primary concern of identifying and dealing with security threats efficiently. This has been very advantageous to us since it has enhanced the safeguarding of our data and the minimization of cyber attacks. The functionalities as well as their compatibility with our current systems have enhanced our security processes. It has had a positive impact on our team, because it offers specific and concrete recommendations and reduces all the processes associated with threat handling.
