What do you like best about the product?

Grammarly is great for me. I have used it for many years, and it keeps getting better. I have it incorporated into all my work — whenever and wherever I am writing, Grammarly helps me make it better. I can focus on my thoughts, and Grammarly fixes any and every error in grammar that I might make, and allows me to look as good as I should.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about it. I find it easy to use, quick, reliable, and it never interferes with my progress or intent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can accomplish all my business correspondence much more quickly than before I used Grammarly, since I can be confident that my intentions will come across correctly, my spelling and punctuation will be correct, and my tone will be as I intend it.

It integrated very well into web browsers and while I’m working

Some of the information that pops up is kinda annoying. Wish there was a way to turn it off and ask only when it’s needed

It can make corrections that make no sense, so it still requires checking and double-checking

Particularly useful when communicating with different audiences such as team members, senior leaders or customers.

I really love how it catches my typos in real-time while I write. The suggestions are clear and it seamlessly fits into my browser, which saves me a lot of time every day.

A few of the tone and vocabulary suggestions can feel a bit robotic, so I have to ignore them to keep my writing sounding natural.

It helps me catch embarrassing typos and grammar mistakes before I send out important emails. It saves me time because I don't have to constantly double-check my writing, which gives me more confidence when communicating with clients.

I can still say what I want to say, but in a tone that my colleagues and clients are more likely to receive well.

Not knowing how to send a message that is effective but friendly.

The back and forth. It will ask me to change a sentence and then ask me to change what it just told me to change it to.

It allows me to ensure that what I write is correct both in spelling and grammar. It allows me to be more confident in my emails.

The application for the phone sucks. Grammarly on the computer is great, but when it comes to using it on the phone, it breaks and crashes a lot.

Allows me to ensure I am sending emails and messages that are grammatically correct and with good sentence sstructure

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Grammarly is that it lets me focus on the important things instead of worrying about spelling or typing mistakes. If I make a typo, Grammarly catches it, and it also helps me structure my writing so my emails and documents are much clearer and more professional.

What do you dislike about the product?

My biggest complaint is that American English still seems to take precedence. Even when I use the standard English setting, Grammarly often suggests American spelling or phrasing, so I have to change some of the suggestions back.

Grammarly helps me overcome my poor spelling and typing mistakes, which gives me more confidence when writing emails and documents. It also helps me communicate more clearly and professionally without spending extra time proofreading everything myself.

It catches errors I make when I’m typing quickly and, in some cases, it even suggests better wording.

What do you dislike about the product?

False "positives" happen pretty often, and many proposals make no sense at all. The more specific the text, the more errors with Grammarly occur. Handling is far from being quick and easy. AI has nothing to do with the I, and takes too much time to correct the correcting. For many texts, I stop Grammarly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

None at all. I want a quick and reliable solution to correct typing errors, not a solution to improve a business.
