Enhances Professional Communication with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly gives quick and practical suggestions while I'm writing, which helps me catch grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure mistakes without interrupting my work. The suggestions for improving clarity and tone are great for making my emails and official communications sound more professional and natural. Plus, the setup was really easy for me and my team, and it integrates well with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Gmail, and web browsers. It's made our document review process easier and more consistent. I would give it a 9 out of 10 and definitely recommend it, especially for those preparing professional documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the accuracy of context-based suggestions. Sometimes Grammarly suggests changes to sentences that are already appropriate for formal or administrative communication. It can also provide too many suggestions, which can be distracting when I am working on lengthy notices, reports, or official letters. I would prefer more context-aware suggestions and better control over which types of corrections are shown. It would be helpful if it could better recognize terms commonly used in educational institutions, universities, and official correspondence without unnecessarily suggesting changes. I would also like more customization options to create a personal or organizational writing style. Better context awareness, fewer unnecessary suggestions, and more accurate tone recommendations would make Grammarly even more useful for my daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to improve my writing in emails and official documents. It helps avoid grammar mistakes, enhances clarity, and makes communication sound professional. However, it can suggest too many unnecessary changes, distracting from the task, and sometimes misinterpret context in formal writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Grammarly really helpful for writing essays, especially because my grammar isn't great. It automatically changes incorrect grammar and highlights the parts that need fixing, which I think is super useful. As a student, having perfect grammar is really important, and Grammarly makes it so easy by showing exactly which parts are right or wrong with highlights, like in red.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is essential for ensuring my professional communications and project documentation are polished and clear. The real-time tone suggestions help me maintain the right level of formality when coordinating across different enterprise subdivisions
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the stylistic suggestions can be a bit aggressive when writing highly technical documentation. It occasionally flags industry-specific jargon or enterprise architecture terms as errors, requiring manual dismissal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing large-scale transformation projects requires constant, high-stakes communication. Grammarly acts as a real-time editor, solving the issue of typos or inconsistent tone in rushed emails. The benefit is faster, more reliable communication across enterprise teams.

Effortless Writing Enhancements, but Premium Costs Add Up
Reviewed on Aug 24, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly mainly for checking grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure in emails, assignments, and professional content. I like that it works quietly and efficiently while I'm writing and points out mistakes that I might not notice on my own. The suggestions for grammar, sentence clarity, and tone are especially helpful, making my writing sound more polished without feeling unnatural. It's convenient to quickly accept or ignore suggestions without having to proofread everything from scratch. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up Grammarly; I just installed the extension, signed in, and it started working perfectly with the apps and websites I normally use. The integration with tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Gmail, and Chrome is really handy because I can get suggestions directly while writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I think could be improved is that some suggestions can feel a little too strict or repetitive, especially when I'm intentionally using a casual writing style. Sometimes Grammarly changes a sentence that is already understandable and sounds natural to me. The premium features can also feel a bit expensive if you only need the basic corrections. I'd like to see more context-aware suggestions that better understand the difference between formal, casual, and personal writing. Sometimes the suggestions feel too generic, so having more control over the tone and the type of writing would be useful. I'd also like fewer repetitive suggestions and better explanations for why a change is recommended. It would be great if the free version included a few more useful features as well, especially for students and occasional users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to catch grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes I might miss, making my writing clearer and more professional. It saves me time on proofreading and helps improve the tone and clarity of my emails, assignments, and documentation.

A Very Useful Writing Assistant for Content Creators
Reviewed on Aug 22, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I liked Grammarly because it makes everyday writing much easier. As a content creator, I use it for YouTube descriptions, video scripts, social media captions, emails, and brand collaboration messages. The real-time grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity suggestions help me catch mistakes while I’m writing. The interface is also simple, so I can quickly review and improve my content without spending too much time proofreading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly suggestions can feel unnecessary, especially when I’m writing in a casual or creative style. A few suggestions may also change the natural tone of my sentences. Some advanced features are available only with the paid plan, which can be limiting for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly saves me time by identifying common writing mistakes instantly and helping me make my content clearer and more professional. For example, before publishing a YouTube description or sending a collaboration email to a brand, I can quickly check the content and fix mistakes. This is especially useful when I’m creating content regularly and don’t want to manually proofread every sentence. Overall, Grammarly is a practical writing assistant that helps me create polished content and communicate more confidently.

The Free Version Keeps Getting Better with AI Updates

What do you like best about the product?
I use the free version. After a couple of updates, I think it now uses AI, and it has become way better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to add a comma just before the and, and this drives me mad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a very good autocorrect tool. It also suggests better versions of the text. I really liked it. It's a pity that you have only ~2-3 Pro suggestions per day.

Essential Tool for ESL Writers and Easy Setup
Reviewed on Aug 19, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for editing and proofreading my writings like essays, articles, and Instagram posts. It helps me structure my writing, corrects any grammatical errors, and creates a flow throughout the writing. I find it particularly good at catching preposition slips that are easy to miss, especially since English is my second language. It saves me from sending something with a small mistake in it by flagging errors as I type. The initial setup was one of the easier ones, as it worked in my emails and documents straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always know what kind of writing I am doing. When I am writing something casual, it still pushes it toward formal and when I am writing creatively it flags things I did on purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me structure writing, corrects grammatical errors, creates flow, and catches preposition slips, which I usually miss when rereading. It's especially helpful since English is my second language, ensuring I don't send work with small mistakes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The icon and where it appears. It is always positioned above a button or at the end of the text on the right-hand side, which makes it difficult to move. It should be placed in the margins halfway down the page, where there is usually nothing.
