What do you like best about the product?

Grammarly now integrates more smoothly into my workflow through its Direct Software Integration, enabling me to use it in Word, Pages, Google Docs, TextEdit, YouTube, WordPress, and nearly any device linked to my account. It's more beneficial than cheaper AI tools that require exporting and only work within their own platforms. For a non-native English speaker like me, it guarantees accurate and clear writing, while its recent AI features help me express ideas differently or adopt various tones within the same document. Although initially limited to English, the company now supports other languages, with suggestions in German, Italian, and Spanish.
The system reads my text and suggests improvements effortlessly, without taxing my device. Using Grammarly is simple; once installed, it updates automatically. I remember installing it on this computer, and over time, it began suggesting phrases in multiple languages. The updates continually enhance support—no complex commands needed. Just start typing, and Grammarly takes care of the rest. Although the subscription costs $144 annually, I’ve kept it for over a decade because of its invaluable help, and I’m using it to write this now. Its settings are clear, allowing me to customize AI features or easily restrict Grammarly's functions. In ten years, I’ve only contacted support twice, and both times, the responses were helpful and straightforward. One time, I asked which languages it supports; initially, they said only English, but months later, they started to include my native language after realizing they could better identify our mistakes.

What do you dislike about the product?

My only concern with Grammarly was its limited support for English. Now, it helps me with almost all my languages. When will it add support for Japanese, Chinese, and Korean?
During LaTeX coding, Grammarly doesn’t recognize those characters, so I turn it off in Visual Studio Code. Also, Copilot doesn’t handle English, German, and Spanish very well. I prefer Grammarly, but now I can't use it for coding or for assistance with application texts or LaTeX documents.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a scientist, I use plain, clear language to communicate, which isn't accepted by people and is often perceived as rude or disrespectful. With Grammarly, I can use a friendly tone. And when I don't remember how to write a word, I write in my mother tongue, and Grammarly's suggestions are the correct translation for the message I am writing.

What I like best about Grammarly is how it catches grammar, spelling, and tone issues in real time, making writing clearer and more professional.
It also provides helpful suggestions that improve communication without changing your original message.

What do you dislike about the product?

What I dislike about Grammarly is that it can sometimes make overly aggressive suggestions that end up changing the intended tone or meaning of what I wrote. Also, some of the most useful advanced features are locked behind the premium version, which limits what you can do without upgrading.

Grammarly helps me tackle common writing challenges like grammar mistakes, spelling errors, unclear sentences, and inconsistent tone. It’s useful because it lets me communicate more professionally, spend less time proofreading, and write with more confidence across emails, documents, and everyday messages.

I appreciate that Grammarly corrects my spelling mistakes and sentences, fixing everything I do in a hurry. What I mostly like about Grammarly is its ability to give me the suggestion of the best words while typing and help rephrase messages to make them more professional. I love that they send an email after a month or two highlighting the words I've learned, which is something I really enjoy. Setting up Grammarly is also pretty straightforward for me, with just downloading the app or browser extension and logging in. Overall, I rate it 9.5 out of 10 for recommendation.

I would say their Pro plan is a bit higher in amount. It should be a little lesser so a student can accommodate that or near that cost. Or it should get a separate plan for students so they can use the pro features.

Grammarly helps me with grammar and spelling mistakes, giving suggestions for the best words. It rephrases my messages, making them professional, and sends me emails about the words I've learned.

I really like how Grammarly catches things I don’t notice on the first pass especially tone issues and small grammar mistakes that make a big difference. The real‑time suggestions help me write faster and feel more confident before sending anything out. I also appreciate the clarity rewrites because they make long sentences sound smoother and more professional without changing my meaning.

I dislike that Grammarly can sometimes be overly strict or suggest changes that make my writing sound less natural. Every now and then it flags things that aren’t actually errors, which slows me down because I have to double‑check them. Some of the more advanced features also feel locked behind the paid version, so the free version can feel limited when I’m trying to do more detailed editing.

Grammarly helps me catch mistakes I would normally overlook, especially when I’m writing quickly or switching between professional and casual communication. Overall, it makes my work feel cleaner, more confident, and more efficient.

some time grammarly unable to understand what we want then suggest wrong word and also some time ask for premium plan for a minor word suggestion

grammarly solving communication problem, we are not expert in other language, example i know basic english and grammarly help me in communication with team and grammarly correct word and sentence in real time
