What do you like best about the product?

Grammarly not only keeps my correspondence professional and clean looking, but it has also made me realize the mistakes I typically make and I'm starting to correct them before Grammarly has to tell me. I love that!

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the little round green circle icon appears at the side of my screen and I can't get it to go away and it's in my line of sight covering something I want to see. I believe I have been able to drag it out of the way (if I'm not mistaken). So, it's just a little inconvenience for all the benefits of the program.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's catching things that I don't because I'm going too fast sometimes. It also consolidates my message and makes it more concise and read better, which helps me keep my messages to the point, with all of the info, and professional looking in the end.

What do you like best about the product?

This app saved me from many embarrassing typos, but also awkwardly phrased sentences I'd always miss when I’m rushing. The tone detector is a thoughtful touch which it keeps me from sounding unintentionally harsh in emails. It works everywhere without me having to think about it. The suggestions have helped me tighten up my writing style over time. Basically it will help you come across more polished than you actually are.

What do you dislike about the product?

It tries to rewrite my entire personality out of my writing instead of simply catching typos. The suggestions are sometimes just wrong. It will “correct” a sentence and completely change what I meant, or push me toward sounding generic and robotic. It ends up sometimes wasting time when I have to constantly reject its bad advice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me write clearer, more professional messages, which saves me from the embarrassment of obvious mistakes and from the time I used to waste on multiple rounds of self-editing. Plus, it works everywhere I type, from emails to Slack, so I don’t have to change my workflow just to get a second pair of eyes on my writing.

What do you like best about the product?

Grammarly is great for me. I have used it for many years, and it keeps getting better. I have it incorporated into all my work — whenever and wherever I am writing, Grammarly helps me make it better. I can focus on my thoughts, and Grammarly fixes any and every error in grammar that I might make, and allows me to look as good as I should.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about it. I find it easy to use, quick, reliable, and it never interferes with my progress or intent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can accomplish all my business correspondence much more quickly than before I used Grammarly, since I can be confident that my intentions will come across correctly, my spelling and punctuation will be correct, and my tone will be as I intend it.

It integrated very well into web browsers and while I’m working

Some of the information that pops up is kinda annoying. Wish there was a way to turn it off and ask only when it’s needed

A few of the tone and vocabulary suggestions can feel a bit robotic, so I have to ignore them to keep my writing sounding natural.

The back and forth. It will ask me to change a sentence and then ask me to change what it just told me to change it to.

The application for the phone sucks. Grammarly on the computer is great, but when it comes to using it on the phone, it breaks and crashes a lot.
