WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

What do you like best about the product?
I do not like this company at all. They are by far the worst company I have dealt with.
What do you dislike about the product?
This review will likely not get posted considering the reviews here are far from what I have read on google. BUT, This company is the worst I have ever worked with. We have been back and forth with Azuga for 10months on all of the issues with their equipment. We have had 0 resolution from their support team and have had to figure out 99% of the issues on our own.

My advice would be to NEVER use this company. They were and still are very responsive when it comes to selling their product with all the spam emails, but you will wait DAYS and in my case WEEKS before getting a call back when you have an issue with their product. When you finally do get a call back the person will have little to no knowledge about their own products and will keep guessing as to what is wrong. They will throw it back on you that it is installed wrong, then to find out that you never got the correct equipment in the first place. (NOTE: if your truck runs a PTO you need a completely different device). Once you install the "correct" devices the amount of "false alerts" will increase 10 fold. We have tried to test the system by purposefully jamming up our brakes to see if it will trigger an actual event, it doesn’t. For the month of April alone my system has thrown 770 alerts, of which 60 were either correct or could have been a close call. The majority of the alerts are when my truck doesn’t even have a driver in the cab.

I am currently waiting for a response on my refund, I was promised I would have a response by the end of the day for the last 3 business days…. My guess is that they are going to refuse my refund and I will have to get my lawyers involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga was supposed to help me do a lot of things, at this point I have had 0 help with anything.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and look back at the history of where my vehicles are and who is driving them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the integration of the breadcrumb feature. I wish it would show the route instead of points on a map
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us the ability to monitor and actively track our vehicles locations and issues.

Good fleet tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The vehicle tracking was accurate. Being able to see the codes from the engine is very helpful when sending vehicles in for maintenance. The units are easy to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cameras are good, but expensive to add on and not very feature rich when compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to see where our technicians were and when. If a customer disputes times, we have the information readily available to us. Getting error codes from the engine makes maintenance easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the GPS map so I can see the real time location of my vehicles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that they continued the GPS stickers for our vehicles. Other drivers get frustrated we obey speed limits.

What do you like best about the product?
They are always ready to walk me through any situation with patience and clarity.

I have yet to experience a downside to either the service or the product.

Monitoring trip cost effeciency and payroll for drivers monitoring.

User-interface is decent enough although really laggy.

UI is laggy and often data recievd is very inaccurate.

GPS system is really accurate and identifies excatly where machines are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if it had a daily report feature for identifying flaws with machines.

GPS problems and service records.

The Azuga safety devices are so helpful for the safety of our employees and associates, fuel effiency, route planning, and so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
No training materials provided, unless you pay a higher fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saftey of our employees and associates, transportation routes, and fuel effiencency.
