It's a modern platform which helps me to provide a software implementing facility. It also provides me with the possibility to construct an easy homepage, even though it is clear and sunny. And it assures me support for my business operation and productivity.

The developers indicate they 'd like to see possible branching on applications / modules for co-development. We would like a quicker response and a higher social status review interval on the OutSystems support to avoid us requesting a standing on ticket packages.

We have released a portal of checkouts for our inhabitants. We 're also going to focus on the internal innovation. Our benefits realized in our first stay are less wasted time on inquiries from our users although they have the opportunity to search about their own personal data. We look forward to the next real digitalisation of our administrative environment.

Learning OutSystems is a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
OutSystems eliminates most of the complexities that we need to handle when starting a new application. Straight out of the box, we can get an app running in a matter of minutes that isn't "Hello World!".
The learning journey is my favourite part of OutSystems. There is a ton of useful learning resources available free on the OutSystems website which can very quickly bring you up to speed, and the community is really responsive. I've had no trouble getting fresh developers initiated with this product as they can be left alone to follow the tutorials for 1-2 weeks and with some on job coaching on the best coding practices, they're good to go.

What do you dislike about the product?
As OutSystems does not delete tables and columns in case there is a need to roll back a solution, there sometimes can be a mismatch between the logical table/column name and the physical names when developers delete and re-add the same table/column. It can become a challenge when manually migrating data around, as the namings may be messed up between environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to build up our internal capabilities and OutSystems allows us to quickly build up the team, while allowing us the flexibility to bolster the team with interns given the ease of learning OutSystems
Recommendations to others considering the product:
OutSystems provides a free community environment which is ready to use. Go through the lessons and try it out yourself. If you've hit any roadblocks, take it up to the community who can likely provide you some guidance.

Outsystems - the right way
What do you like best about the product?
In three words... TIME TO MARKET
Outsystems allows to drastically reduce the elapsed time between the idea and the go-live version of a product.
Specially since version 10 of the platform, we are capable of delivering full web and mobile applications, saving even more implementation time and removing the complexity of needing several different IDEs to achieve what outsystems teams can do only by using the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing cost is, sometimes, a barrier for some potential clients that are not familiarized with the full potential of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting development time.
To understand that the client's needs can be fulfilled faster then ever.
To break the old idea that developing is only accessible to a few groups of people that love to code and that it can be fun and challenging for almost everyone that enjoys creating something new, from a technological perspective.

Web Application Development
What do you like best about the product?
II have 9+ Years of experience on .NET platform as a web developer but when I joined the OutSystems network and thrilled about the speed of development then I decided to move on a new world called "Low-Code".and I am enjoying working in OutSystems platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Library now is growing but initial phases were difficult to integrate the third-party systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on BPM lifecycle to provide a quick digital solution using Low-Code platform
OutSystems Low Code
What do you like best about the product?
The only thing I can say that is good about OutSystems is their community forum.
And the skill base is very minimal. you will struggle to find developers who can help you with OutSystems.
Never mind finding a good developer. Finding any developer you will struggle.
(Depending on what country you situated in)

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like OutSystems at all. Low code is a joke. Low code is a marketing term to attract non technical people.
As a full time developer who has worked extensively with OutSystems in an enterprise environment I can tell you now that Low Code platforms are are going to make your development time longer when you have to build complex applications or any advanced systems.
Out of the box OutSystems has features that are broken. Such as their carousel or button groups or the below error that randomly pops up when it feels like it. With no information to debug the problem.
Sometimes you will get a popup error in the middle of development and it will say error with no reason for the error. And all your unpublished work gets deleted even if you select their recover module button, your work state is not recovered.
Apart from that they charge an arm and a leg for their software
when something like Flutter and Dart is Free.
Low code is for the lazy people who think they can get away with cheap or easy development. It will cost you more in the end and it will take you longer to build your systems when they start to get advanced.
I highly highly recommend you stay away from any low code platforms. But if you don't want to listen please by all means use it, you will regret it down the line. It may seem cool in the beginning until you have things that are not working and you a have to wait for the product owners to get back to you. What happens when your systems go down. They will remain down until someone get's back to you. And even feedback is slow and what happens if you happen to have 90,000 plus customers trying to use your software. Low code is dangerous. So you put your company risk.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building application capture forms for a company with thousands of clients. 90,000 upwards I believe. For confidentiality purposes I'd rather not mention the companies name as it may not exactly be legal for me to mention who they are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to build a system. Learn Flutter and Dart. It's cross compatible between Websites and Android and IOS Apps and it's from Google. Low code will screw you in the long run.
