What do you like best about the product?
Low code platform that helps developers achieving better results at a quicker pace, low code is the future, it helps us get to the next step, with the minimum effort. The platform is ever-evolving and new functionalities are out every year, allowing the platform to keep ahead of the competition and to bring the community into that new future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of concorrent publishing, unable to work in the same espace with larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using outsystems I have been impacting the clients where I work in their needs, either in creating new platforms for content management or in new products for public usage.

easy to build, test and debug (not so easy)

no code to look at, just pictures and it is not easy for me, started with assembler/cobol on the mainframe. from that going to pictures is a bit hard

It's great. From the ease of integration and the fastest generation of apps, to the eye-appealing apps with the silk ui widgets which saves a lot of time and lines of code doing all the same functionalities all over again.

We're always depending on our ISP, which sometimes can be a problem.

I'm implementing an order system for a retailing company. Learned all aspects of an application development, not only backoffice but also front office which was not something that i was used to. Now i feel i'm a more all-around developer.
