What do you like best about the product?
In our projects with Solvoyo, we are reaching our expected goals and getting good results. The solutions they provide enable us to make our operational processes much more efficient (from hours to minutes) and make fast business decisions. We now have time to focus on opportunities that we couldn’t before. They are an innovative company. They constantly update their system in line with their customers’ requests and they continue to look for further improvement opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
They spend most of their time in their offices. They come to our place only for the weekly meetings, but we accept that this is their way of doing business effectively. This is not a problem for us as long as they deliver results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using inventory planning solutions for in-season & pre-season demand planning. Before Solvoyo, we were mainly relying on spreadsheets. Thanks to their advanced analytics, we utilize real-time data and make fast decisions. We decide on the right level of inventory investment at the right location with ease.
