Benefits to use Postman
What do you like best about the product?
To test the API without using UI interface postman is the besf option. Best thing we could directly import the http requests from network and import it as raw text and other such option

I feel postman as best beneficial.
There must be some dummy examples like how to pass data as json or form files documentaion could be more helpful.

It solved my problem to test the web API without using UI. To test the API with proper evidences this helps alot
Best tool for testing scripts
What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy and quick way to run scripts under API requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike here is that while executing the script under the "Execute" field in the API request, we need to scroll a bit to see the expected result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am testing my premium scripts in Postman before sending it to Production. If there is/are some errors then the postman easily identifies it.

The usage is simple and we can create many requests without any problem. We can create and share the requests and also we can share the files we created with the team mates

There is not much to dislike. Sometimes I feel lost between the tabs. They might make the tabs more noticeable. jumping from a tab to another might confuse a bit sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for the API tests and some simple API requests to use some features for our business. We can easily see if there is an error on the API, and fix the process via the findings we got.

The API requests are processed very quickly and efficiently.

Sometimes, the requests get stuck and I have to restart the system.

I am running Json scripts in postman and it is beneficial in the manual API testing.

The widely popular automation tools provided by postman helps in simplifying testing and increase productivity for QA department. The easy to use interface helps any new user to quickly understand the tool and start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's advertised as an open source solutions but most of the popular features are curtained behind a paid service barrier. But nonetheless it still offers valuable services for the non paid version as well.

Postman's collections and test scripts provide us a wide range of QA tools. API integration testing is being done using postman only. The benefits involved are ease of use, simple UI and integration with other open source solutions.
The best app to hit third party Api's
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best app i have been using from last 2 years for hitting third party Api's and checking responses from them . The feature i like that is we can create storage for apis and store them for future use
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good in postman however sometimes it doesn't give proper explanation of the error by hitting API, that thing can be improved further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using this app from last 2 years for testing API and the benefit i have realised by using this app is that it is quicker than comparitive apps and the dashboard is very much simpler to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Made very simple and easy to develop and test APIs. The team workplace feature is great, helps different developers to work simultaneously. Exporting APIs in JSON format helps us to share and use postman collection on different devices. Covers every request and generates curls. Helpful in saving examples of the API which is useful when different people are working on the same project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be made simple for new users. The desktop version takes some to load after the device boot-up. Autosave feature should be added as sometimes if we forget to save the request important data like params and header can be lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a backend developer, creating and testing APIs for mobile apps and websites is made very effortless using postman. Sharing postman collection with other developers is a great feature, saving examples and generating curl requests makes it efficient to work together. You can work in different workplaces simultaneously which is the best feature.
Simple and Faster Testing API Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Postman is a very simple, essay and faster to use to test over APIs.I most like that is configuration to set up in the bulk of our crandalls authorization so its very simple to use and developer can early to send a request to over services. It's mostly used when debugging over code to send requests and get responses through in codes.In postman is supporting most languages like JSON, XML ..etc There is lots of beautiful thing in this tool like adding collections, Authorization, Bulk Creadinils, Pre-Scripts....
What do you dislike about the product?
I am facing issues sometimes in bulk edit (Globals Enverments) the heders key or values is not updating because some time Its failed in scripts is not run properly. I faced problems with authorization also for getting end points sometimes not every time. But I am happy with this tool I Like it.

I am working on Enterprise Advice services to create a microservice so to create a batch in the postman is plying leed role because every testing or debug to by using this tool we use to registration test also by postman even to show the response to over client we are using postman so it's very helpful for us is a very cool tool to get responses the service. I personally like that tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of functionality Postman offers to its users is really big and it is constantly growing. It is an API Testing tool for professionals that can be utilized in almost any case. Also, the Postman community is what I really like. You can easily get the answers of your questions and start, join discussions there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing is that it is really hard to start with Postman for the newcomers in the industry. I would recommend to create more learning resource, not only for the tool itself but also fo the general API understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Postman in my daily day-to-day tasks in various projects as a QA Engineer. It is fascinating how Postman can be used differently and solve custom problems for different products in many different industries.

Free and easy way to call API. Allows you to set global and local variables for testing Works well, fast and easy.

Frequently Release and every time need to update.

I have found postman is amazing for converting Rest scripts into Powershell commands in order to automate processes that i would do regularly - this has saved hours of time
