Effortless API Testing Without the Command Line
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool and ease of access for testing APIs without CLI or using windows system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any specific concerns, as Postman has consistently met my needs. One enhancement that could be valuable is the ability to run cURL commands directly, similar to executing them in a Linux terminal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is excellent for testing APIs, as it eliminates the need to use the command line or depend on a Windows system. Its accessibility and convenience make the testing process much more efficient and straightforward.
A solid and reliable tool for API testing
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing i like about postman is easy it is to use . Even when someone is new to APIs the interface feels simple and friendly. Getting it up and running was quick so the implementation part was painless. I use postman almost daily and number of features it offers like collections , environments , testing and monitoring really helps speed up my work. It also integrates easily with the other tools which makes collaboration a lot smoother. Whenever i have need their help their customer support and documentation have been solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app feels a but heavy especially with large collections, And a few advanced features going behind paid plains can be limiting for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes API testing faster and more organised. I can debug automate tests and share requests with team easily which saves time and avoid mistakes.
User-Friendly API Testing Made Easy with Postman
What do you like best about the product?
Postman is best platform for testing api , it is very user-friendly platform for testing api , we can easily pass images ,json objects etc in the payloads for calling & testing api
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime postman takes very long time for returning response when response has large amount of data

Postman made api testing very easier, I can easily pass tokens for authentication testing ,images can be easily passed in the body etc. these things can be done very easily in postman while if postman is not there then I have to manually do all these things by hard coding

I appreciate how easy it is to use I can quickly test APIs and keep them organized for my projects.

There isn’t much for me to dislike; so far, I haven’t encountered any issues worth complaining about.

It meets all my testing requirements, including handling file uploads, and keeps my project organized in a single location.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-use and free tool to get and post api between Knorish and any other software.

As of now it is fulfilling oll of my requirements, no issues till now.

It is helping us to upload the collection of our API and then we can use them to send and receive data through Knorish with any other platform.

Postman is used to check the APIs. It is easy to use use & used by customer support. I can test the postman using the various methods such as Post & get method. Integration APIs can also be used.

Some features are used when we take subscription. Sometimes it takes so much time to respond and large queries takes time.

It is easy to use and can be used using various methods such as post and get methods. It solves the problems and we can test. We can test and implement the problems using this tool. We can debug the problems using this and it helps by prviding the cause of the Issue.
Tool as a Good Friend For Integration Developer
What do you like best about the product?
Postman is a great software for integration and testing purpose
As it provides the good UI and different request type like GET/POST/PUT/PATCH.
You can easily collaborate with your team to work together and also you can invite your team and share your workspace to your teammates as it has lots of feature and easy to implement and also it provides different inbuilt auth signature that is much helpful during Integration.
Must say if you are an integration developer then this app is just for you as it lots of features and it makes it to use frequently

As much as i have used it i didn't find any issue that is going to the reason of dislike postman

Postman helps in testing API as we can easily hit APIs for a specific request as For GET/POST/PUT/PATCH
We can format the response in our desired format as in JSON/XML/etc.
It also helps in generating zap report for fulfilling Security Guidelines.
As it has built in Auth Type that is much useful as we don't need to create the auth type.

API Testing Made Easy, But Occasional Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I like the main feature of postman which is api testing, because before postman i need to always make curl request to test my rest apis which is gives me headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major issue i am facing while using postman is some time it does not work with files and i am unable to send the file as a payload .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the postman comes in picture i need to make curl requests to test my restful apis and while using making curl requests i need to pass all content-type and headers and all. which is very difficult and time consuming, postman solves my problem with easy to use design and functionality.
Essential API Tool with Great Collaboration, But Can Lag on Large Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I have leaned on Postman for the last couple years as my go to tool anytime i'm working with APIs whether its building our a new backend, debugging mobile app requests, or just poking around with third party integration. And The collaboration features are a big plus for my workflow. Sharing collections lets my whole team see what's changing and saves so much time compared to exporting/sharing scripts over email.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the flip side, I have used this frequently and also noticed Postman can lag a bit really large collections or huge API projects, especially on lower end laptops, things slow down or get a little clunky.

Postman streamlines API development and troubleshooting, boosts team productivity, and helps deliver better apps faster, making it a must have tool for any developer touching APIs in their daily work.
