Musthave for API testing
What do you like best about the product?
This is the universal application for testing APIs and web-services.
Easy to setup and use, work both on MACos and Windows, free license is enough for testing purposes.

What do you dislike about the product?
It could be difficult when one team work with one collection. Some service could be deleted occasionally and can't be restored - it could be a problem. But in general everything is good.

Best software To Test Your APIs Just Go For It
What do you like best about the product?
It is a lifesaver for me. It is so easy to send requests and get responses and then you can see that response however you like it. It supports all the type of request GET,PUT,POST,DELETE and sending data in raw JSON format is so easy and beginner friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really there to complain actually but there were some incidents where we sent a request & it didn't send the headers along with it, although it was there in postman apart form this it does the job for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are into software development and we test all of our API'son postman, every developer uses Postman only just because it is so easy to setup.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman is really helpful to test your API without developing any client like mobile or web. Developer can easily test their API as part of Unit testing using Postman. After using Postman i am confident in giving APIs to be integrated to client team as i have already tested them using Postman.

Rest API development is a lot easier for me now; I can develop APIs and test them simultaneously while creating all the required criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, But not happy with the instant change in UI after the update.

Helps to debug issues while creating api, API integration and API testing. and its speed is also good. There is no loading

What do you like best about the product?
It provides excellent UI, and it is easy to use. It also provides security and documenting API. It also provide custom header feature. It also provides test suites to test APIs. It also make collabrations easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some bugs, as it sometimes crashes while performing extensive task. It doesn't let you run client-side scripts. Other than that, it is a complete suite to develop API.

Using it to integrate processes for automation to increase productivity. It also helps develop software faster, provides better security, and helps increase revenue.

Postman is the best application for any developer. We can develop application with easy procedure. We can test, share, create application in postman. Also we can edit URL in Postman.
What do you dislike about the product?
Postman is not much better advance with some APIs testing that's why postman have limited testing area. Also there is a chances of error if many users hit same server from similar public IP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For API testing Postman is the best application. It is easy to test, share, etc. Also while running tests it stores the information in different places. We can track request as well.

The best thing I like about Postman is that it is one of the world's largest public API hubs, and it's also used to write functional tests, regression tests, integration tests, and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Postman is used for REST API's manual and exploratory testing, but I think Postman should work for API automation testing. Also, it should be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing I like about Postman is that it has the best alignment compared to other existing applications, and its speed is also good. There is no more loading, and because of that, we can work faster.

The best part about Postman is that it makes the development of API and testing very easy and effortless since webcan make organize and request and view the response from Postman.

Though postman is a really wonderful software but sometimes postman becomes slow or lags when working with large API's as this makes things a liltle slow and also Postman store API keys.

Postman solves the most important problem of all the developers that is the API development and its testing since API development is complex and time consuming Postman makes it much easier and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The ui is so clean and so simple. Even it is an api testing app, but its kepting its ui so simple to get practised easily.

Some features are only available in paid version. I know they are making this app for their profit. So ultimately its not a negative comment. However if they could figure it out then we don't need to go for qny other tools in this category.

For api testing postman is a powerful and simple tool. Nowadays most of the companies are even recruiting softeare testing people by those who know postman.
