Postman helps in building better and faster API's.
Postman helps users in grouping API's into collections and then share it with team.
Postman helps in storing the response of API's and hence can be checked whenever required.

No support for Command line interface is present.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman enables various integrations such as Azure management API, where i can test it in Postman, before deploying to Azure.
Postman has reduced testing time of Developers. They can test their API's in Postman in backend, without waiting for UI work to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really good tool for API testing, the user interface is really User-friendly. We can set up different environment and do API testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, I find each and every feature of postman really useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While developing a API, we require a software where we can test out the API end points. Also we can share the collection of the request which is really useful and easy to share with the client.

Postman is so useful for us software developer, since while doing our system, we need to test if the system is working we can use it as our medium especially for CRUD, postman can be use test the connection to our database
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I experience, the postman needs more improvement when it comes to appearance that's all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes there's some error even though I don't actually know what's wrong, maybe the postman might want to upgrade their application that will give some guide instead of showing the error output only.

Postman as software gives you a platform where a user can APi Testing , create a API collection and it is so easy to implement all of these in the postman.

If we see postan gives your everything at one place i.e. API testing , you can automate API's through postman as user point of view i dont think any dislike about the postman

Postman for Streamlining API development
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very powerful API development tool and is very popular among developers and testers. It is user-friendly, it is very easy to create , test and manage APIs. The API monitoring and the ability to create mock servers adds a great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few performance issues when it comes to a large collection of APIs. Over all the tool is good as we have free version avaliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me a simplified way to test and debug the APIs created. The automations of tests reduces manual effort. And the Mock server helps a lot in early stage testing.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the user interface of postman and the best part is i can make the collection of separate folders to bifurcate apis to document and test apis. documentation is helpful for future reference too, i like the way it imports all the details from raw curl like body header endpoints etc its awesome feature we need not to add all these things manually. its open source tool without any charges and we can use it even without logging into it, its actually nice. its fast and provides navigation for all the things like body header and variables of header and formatting of payload etc everything is easy to use and simple. i love to use it.

i am using postman from last 3 years and i didn't find anything to dislike about it its awesome tool i will rate it 5/5, there isn't anything which can beat it in the market in terms of featurs and speed it offer for testing apis.

i am a software developer i design apis for my backend application that i use in the organisation. For testing those apis and documenting them i use postman. majorly postman helps me to test the apis i design and it perform testing in very fast and efficient manner which helps me to complete my tasks in easy manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and very much helful in api testing. It has the feature to automate api testing and can be used daily with or without an account to test api's. It can be integrated with multiple softwares and the implementation of test data ia very simple with this. We can store previous tests as example evidence and use for referenvce in later point of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using postman as a guest user is not so good as sometimes our collections may get deleted after some application updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman makes it easy for me to test and verify the api's that my organization uses. It helps me to validate the security policies such as authentication policy, SSL certificate verification and other security vulnerabilities.

The interface of the application can be increased when sending data

Instead of using writing scripts or doing a curl with several headers, postman already contains a list of ready to use API links and we only need to substitute some variables and send the request
