What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Postman is that it streamlines the process of API develeopment and testing very efficiently and smoothly, and one thing I like the most is the avalibility of this tool in vscode extension that makes developement and integration very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
one potential downside is that sometimes it lags when dealing with huge responses and mostly the user experience could have been better in postman vscode extension

Best tool for Rest API run and Websocket run

Easy to run the API calls , save and automate the runs

API calls are not getting saved in basic version, there should be at least minimum number of calls should be same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily run the API calls to Test, also add the initial level test cases.

What is most valuable?
Postman has a lot of additional features like the ones offered by SwaggerHub. Postman is a bit more complicated compared to SwaggerHub since you have to insert bearer tokens all the time and set everything from the start. I mainly use SwaggerHub as it is easy for me. I always get back to SwaggerHub from Postman.
What needs improvement?
Postman is a bit more of a complex tool, making it an area where improvements can be made.
Postman is good the way it is right now, so there's nothing to change in it.

I have been using Postman for a year. My company is a customer of the product.

Given an opportunity, I would prefer to use Postman over SwaggerHub. People mostly prefer to use SwaggerHub over Postman.
How was the initial setup?
The product's initial setup phase was easy and not difficult.
The solution is deployed on an on-premises model.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend others to use Postman. I am a QA, and I should know about different products before I use Postman. In short, a person should know to use it.
I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Postman Is best API Testing application available in market. It is best for new tester also to understand flow and start testing. Best thing about Postman is developers also used it for API development, It comes with multiple features like collection and global variables. And it's responses are very perfect and status codes . It is easy to implement and integrate with other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
I will not say dislike but Postman can improve its UI part because it look very basic as compared other product available in market. And they improve in customer support team .

Postman is solving most imp API testing problem in market with very accurate and fast response in status code. It comes with different features like collection with help we can automation on it to hit multiple API. It has global and local variable so we don't need to hard coding thing.It saves tester time.

I use Postman on a daily basis and like using it to test and connect with APIs.

Postman the best tool for Network automation
What do you like best about the product?
Postman GUI is really helpfull for entry level API programability, It is really simply to use, the interface tabs are in the place that have to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see examples or how to use HTTPS verbs with APIs. Maybe an integration with API vendors such Cisco or Fortinet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating client administration in Cisco meraki dashboard, with Postman we automate the process to create, delete or move an device from a network to another.
Very usefull Rest Client
What do you like best about the product?
Postman has a very good user interface. We can easily test any type of rest API. It supports most of the types of authentication like Basic Auth and OAuth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Postman to test my Rest APIs. It is very easy and quick to test the rest APIs using Postman. We can save complete information on the rest APIs in Postman and later at any time, we can access those and test them.

Postman helps in building better and faster API's.
Postman helps users in grouping API's into collections and then share it with team.
Postman helps in storing the response of API's and hence can be checked whenever required.
It is easy to use and has best customer support.

No support for Command line interface is present.
Many useful features of Postman are in the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman enables various integrations such as Azure management API, where i can test it in Postman, before deploying to Azure.
Postman has reduced testing time of Developers. They can test their API's in Postman in backend, without waiting for UI work to be done.

It's really good tool for API testing, the user interface is really User-friendly. We can set up different environment and do API testing.

Nothing so far, I find each and every feature of postman really useful

While developing a API, we require a software where we can test out the API end points. Also we can share the collection of the request which is really useful and easy to share with the client.
