Complex Implementation, user interface isn't the most intuitive, only works well if you're already deeply using Salesforce, Price & Licensing Complexity, slow performance

Basic functions and ROI. It is the most affordable option for doc repository and workflow

Flexibility and conga staff always bringing multiple solutions to you when presenting a problem

What do you like best about the product?
How in late December back in '63... wait sorry, I enjoy the accessibility of our contracts due to being on the cloud and being able to track any revision changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for Conga Contracts can be a bit user unfriendly due to the time it takes to learn what fields apply to where when running more in-septh reports or performing bulk edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better notify the appropriate parties for when evaluations are due as well as the current date of the contracts expiration.

Increase efficiency and reduces user error. I love the features and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently dislike anything about CLM.

Increase efficiency, faster way to process contracts.

I like the ability to customize the platform to perform to fulfill our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned above I use Conga Contracts which is the legacy platform. Unfortunately, this system is no longer eligible for enhancements, and it is not user friendly.

It helps to manage renewals and audit tracking.
