What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration and minimal impact on system performance are fantastic.

Honestly, there's nothing to dislike because the software meets and often exceeds all our security needs.

Agency effectively prevents cyber threats, ensuring our business runs smoothly without interruptions.

The product is an absolute must-have. I've reccommended it to a handful of colleagues, and they all agree. It is more than necessary to my computer security framework.

Force Multiplier for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Agency has a ton of domain expertise, making it easy on our team to improve our security posture regularly. Agency is able to be hands on with both scoping and implementing solutions that satisfy the requirements of all major security frameworks. The team is always available to help answer any questions that arise and we speak frequently to keep up to date on our policies and frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't plug-and-play as our product architecture is complicated and it took a while for them to get up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agency has deployed endpoint protection across our business to satisfy requirements of ISO. They were able to run the process of scoping and deployment from start to finish without much involvement from our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Agency has been very responsive to our needs; we were under huge time pressure to get a PCI audit done, and Tyler, Vicky and the rest of the team really pulled through for us. We were in constant communication, received timely updates, and any issues popping up were dealt with quickly.
While our group has been through PCI audits before, this was our first rodeo with Vanta. Agency had that experience, so we weren't slowed down by moving to a new platform.
All in all, Agency made the process as painless and easy as a PCI audit could be. They are currently helping us through our SOC2 audit, which has been going equally well.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we have no complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agency is our vCISO, so helping with everything from PCI/SOC2 audits, to handling PCI questionnaires, to consulting on architecture changes.

They're simple to reachout to and very responsive. They accommodate users' needs.

Efficient, cost-effective, and professional
What do you like best about the product?
The personal attention, quick turnaround and responsiveness, and of course the extremely competitive prices - they're so much cheaper than the rest it almost feels like there must be a catch, but turns out there really isn't

The early-stage vibe has many benefits, but doesn't give the same absolute confidence as a highly established company ("nobody ever got fired for buying IBM")
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially went with Agency for a pentest, which was our urgent, immediate need, and which they solved in under 1 week to the satisfaction of our customers.
Subsequently we were pleasantly surprised to discover they also solved our needs for EDR and other security measures, of which we were initially unaware. When customers later started asking about those as well, it was great to find we were already covered.
