Improves close process and management!
What do you like best about the product?
This product is super helpful in tracking our close progress and allows us to find weak points easier with end of month reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get what you pay for - but FloQast is a little pricy compared to competitors!

FloQast helps us track close and helps keep the accounting team accurate and on schedule!
Simple, User-friendly and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, speed and ease of use. Integration with SAP. Maybe the best customer support so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides identified so far. Sometimes, it's not super straightforward to take action after a review note is assigned. For example, I get a review note assigned to change something on a checklist task and I am re-directed to the Folders menu, where I am not able to click on the settings/change task button which is available on the Checklist menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is bringing all closing tasks, responsible people and deadlines in one place, easy-to-access/see/analzye. It highlights areas of improvement by easily identifying missing/late/unreconciled items. It also incentivizes responsible users do their tasks properly and on time.
Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I implemented Floqast a couple of years agao now to help manage our close process across our multiple business units. The adoption by the team happened quickly, due its ease of use and the ability to use templates we had already created. Another great feature is the drect integration to Sage Intacct and auto rec features have improved our reconcilaition and saved a good amount of time for the more complex accounts. Since it has been implemented it has allowed us to cut our close time by a week.
I also have been very happy with their customer support team implementation of features. We had a use case to need a feature added to allow Admin access to individual workflows. The team was very receptive to this request and even work with myself in getting the featured added to the system which has been invaluable.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only small item that we disliked about Floqast was when we first implemented the product the autmatching function was onyl for Bank reconcilaitions and we had to come up with a seperate process in order to use the functionally. I beleive this has since been addressed with the implementation of their AI matching tool and can't wait to see it in action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Floqast help solve for us was in the close process, allowing us to get our books closed faster and in a more efficient manner. It has also helped us with Balance sheet reconciliations through the auto matching and other functionalites to make it all more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has revolutionized our month end close. We were tracking everything in Excel and it was ugly and clunky and not very intuitive. We now use FloQast's checklist and it creates a forecast to when we will close, shows if we are late, early or on target. We use the timeline every day during close to make sure the team members know what they need to get done. Reconciliations are easier to review. Floqast is also easy to adopt for all users and all levels. We are very satisfied with our experience and I high recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to modify my dashboard more. It is prett standard / out of the box. But there are other close metrics and KPI's that I would like to see on the dashboard. Like historically which reconciliations are always late.. or if there is a specific team member that is always late and another that is always early... if i could see that data easily, i could rearrange the workload for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast helps us manage the month end close process. We can see what tasks are completed and what are outstanding. We have daily check in calls (we are a remote team), and it helps our conversations be quick and effecient and helps us talk through roadblocks/obstacles if there are any. Floqast has also drastically helped with reconciliations. We can track them, have a repository for them, see which are completed and which aren't... it shows variances to our ERP. Things that Excel could not do for us.

The prompts that encourage you to look at what you have to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at the moment, very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to take us up to 5-10 days for a close for the month, that time has been reduced significantly.
Great software to organize deliverables
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to have all my tasks in one place. It makes it a lot easier for me to keep track of deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping track of comments feels dependent on either the preparper or reviewer following up in FloQast.

Lots of month-end and quarter-end deliverables to keep track of. The reconciliation feature also helps us make note of any variance if any
User friendly close management tool
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is super user friendly and intiutive. It helps makes your close process more efficient, streamlined, and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast could improve how it handles foreign and consolidated currencies, as well as how documents are organized in G-drive when attached as support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to administor the tool to update user changes as needed with inline admin edits. Additionally, it is easy to see how you are on track with close with assigned due dates for both checklists and reconcilations. Finally, dependencies on tasks help you clearly see what things need to be completed first.
Great product

Floqast is a very intuitive system that is consistantly being updated with new features. The team listens to feedback & continuously comes out solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chart of accounts can be difficult to update at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast keeps the close process organized & streamlines so that when internal auditors arrive they can easily & quickly identify key accounts, reducing the overall number of inquiries.

Floqast keeps my team organized, and helped speed up our close process by making the reconciliation and fluctuation analysis more seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
None to note yet - whenever I have a suggestion for a product improvement or something I think could be better about the tool, customer support is extremely helpful and is able to get our requests on the roadmap for implementation.
