Modern and user-friendly solution, very customer-oriented
What do you like best about the product?
The FloQast team works very efficiently to find the optimal solution to application errors and continuously develops its program to provide the most modern and flexible platform possible. FloQast's customer service is simply incredible: every request and every problem is dealt with as quickly as possible, so there is no long wait for the customer. The engagement of the team is excellent and exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning it gives the impression that FloQast is already fully developed in all areas and that there are probably no difficulties in mapping your own processes and rules with FloQast without manual intervention as an interim solution. This is not yet the case at the moment and some interim solutions are required before a final solution can be found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is simply failing to map complicated customer processes and rules via the program if they do not correspond to the standard. This is problematic because it forces the customer to adapt their processes and procedures to the standard in FloQast. The good thing, however, is that FloQast works immediately to implement these customer-specific requirements in the system and is constantly developing its program to implement all of its customers' requirements.
