Great bridge between in-housing a data engineering team and the more out of the box solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The team have been incredibly flexible in getting their product to fit the specifics of our business and has done a great job aggregating a significant amount of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a certain amount of repetition of data between the dashboards which could be replaced by more incites in my opinion but overall very happy with what we're able to track!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a ready-set dashboard that helps steer the business daily and provides datasets that we can input directly into our long-term forecasting. This cuts down on a massive amount of manual work and reduces errors.

The team that support you and guide you, and the clarity of the data

last click attribution is the default while the first click is at an additional cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collate data in one place and make business decisions based off of this saved us a lot of time
Great benchmarking tool for ecommerce
What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows me to validate marketing spend and see how we're performing against our competitors. It's already helping make more data driven decisions and we're looking forward to the next year of data!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall we like the platform, it would be great to visually see how we compare against benchmarks (like a little arrow indicating whether we're doing better than the industry average, or need to improve!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us more confidence to make decisions and helping us work out where best to spend our money

What do you like best about the product?
I can get access to the KPIs that matter the most to me in easily accessible dashboards - this speeds up the process for accessing and processing data which otherwise is very cumbersome when having to login to multiple platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data can be too granular and needs tweaking to provide useful snapshots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-saving in terms of processing and collecting data. It provides the whole business with one source of "truth" which ensures we all are making decisions based on the same insights.
Conjura understand data in an ever evolving world
What do you like best about the product?
Conjura worked well with both technical and non-technical staff. They are focused on outcomes and successes and continue to go above and beyond in delivering a working solution, even in the face of challenging data.
What do you dislike about the product?
In-person sessions gave so much additional value, that it became clear we should have done more. The caveat being we completed our project during COVID-times.

Providing a single customer view to allow us to better target our digital marketing spend.

When people are so used to dealing with Google Analytics, it can be pretty tough moving them to a different platform

Assessing LTV, daily revenue updates into everyone's inboxes

One central source for most key business metrics. An ever-expanding data warehouse allows us to view both real-time and historical data that drives key decisions

Requires ongoing sense checks with large amounts of data being collated from multiple sources. Errors in reporting are however unusual

Consolidation of all our data resources and forcing us to regularly review key metrics. We know on a 24hr trailing basis how we are performing at all times

The team is incredibly supportive and always on hand to answer our questions.

It can sometimes be hard to have visibility over the data i.e. ensuring every calculation logic remains valid

Creating an automatic reporting and analytics solution by integrating, cleaning and presenting our data back to us in useful insights.

Tableau can be restrictive at times and limit downloads for example

I can see everything I need to know about my marketing channels as well as my stock and operational set up and am permanently up to date!

Conjura is able to pull data from multiple sources into user friendly dashboards and daily flash reports that give immediate business insights and consistency in reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Businesses should be aware that whilst Conjura can create the dashboards and the team is so supportive in setting up the data pulls and rules required to allocate the data correctly in the dashboards, Companies will require a data analyst / IT support to ensure the data feeds into Conjura are accurate and timely, and any issues sorted out with Conjura support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring key trading data and KPIs for the business are reporting consistently and in a useable format, so management can spend time taking appropriate actions, rather than preparing the data internally which takes significantly more time and distracts from being able to focus on the right business decisions.
