Session Cam has lots of information
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful how Session Cam brings key issues to the dashboard and makes it easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides to Session Cam is that it can do so much, that it can feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem we look to solve with Session Cam is understanding where problems occur on our website. We get live feedback whenever we need it on new functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of running reports and creating new queries to find opportunities to help improve our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The older version of the interface was not that great, but this year they stepped it up to make it more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Glassbox to better identify problems with our interface proactively before calls start coming in.
Excellent Analytics Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox is an excellent analytics solution that allows us to create any funnel without any tagging at the application development stage. Also, its Session Replay can let us gain deep understanding on user interaction from the screen, not only from the data. Very easy to set up and get up and running quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Glassbox Team is very helpful and supportive.

Understand how users are using our mobile app, their trends and what makes them stay and continue purchase
Getting value every day
What do you like best about the product?
I can create reports out of replay sessions and funnels to understand behavior. Something I starting to like are the error reports and very easy to setup
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there might be something is not working and after digging into it is when we find out that it might not be registering. But it is not all your fault is maybe things that are not connected correctly to our site but supports always chime into the rescue.

Understanding where users have trouble and errors. understanding user behavior

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox gives us a perfect overview of the actual user journey, combine that with the amazing reporting capabilities and it becomes a goto tool for our business to help drive revenue. The BI support team at glassbox is also amazing in helping getting value out of the tool. You are not on your own!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there is nothing that stands out that we dislike, if i have to mention anything it's the ticket system that could be better integrated within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to improve our NPS score by looking closer at the user journeys and improving the UX overall.

What do you like best about the product?
Is a complete web analytics tool with many features ranging from session replay to the creation of various funnels / client flows. It lends itself well to multiple uses, from customer support to systems monitoring, UX and marketing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating some specific tags requires some technical skills but the Glassbox support and training are truly exceptional. Always timely and available!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the CRM side, with Glassbox we were able to analyze the digital behavior of our web and mobile users and to produce increasingly efficient and performing customer journeys.

It's interesting to learn from GB experience users and how the difference in their business models alter the way they use GB and where their focus is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only watch the recorded sessions because all the live ones happened midnight in my time zone.

Identify customer pain points and enhance via a reiterate process of test and learn. Looking at the sessions playback we did manage to nail down several issues from the existing ux design which we might not notice without GB.
