Real time access

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access the mode that let's you scroll up and down as if you were on the page yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see what Glassbox has in their roadmap and their futre plans

Any subjective errors within the capture and save timeframe, agent or client side.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the Glassbox tool is that it is simple and straight forward to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The retnetion of the sessions could be longer so that they dont get deleted after 6 months

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use Glassbox as a tool to troubleshoot customers issues. I can use it to validate information that customers provide to us. I also love the design of Glassbox as it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional help and training in the onboarding and more updates which circle around new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I identify technical issues with the website and analyze customer sessions to uncover problems customers encounter. I use Glassbox to identify the customers browser type and device to ensure compatibility with the website and any other relevant factors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how i can see on real time where the card members are so i can assist them

More customer activiites and events - more training on how to use funnles

We are using Glassbox for support and web support of our customers who have a problem when they come into our site and are unable to perform their tasks - someties its a bug ometimes the issue is on the customer side in any case we can solve it in realtime

What do you like best about the product?
how we are able to locate online banking session using client IP and then quickly take care of the issue - we can also see all detais about the session including how the client side scripts are running

Taking to much time to create the query itself and sharing it with others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clent having issues navigating the online banking specially needs help viewing spending report, I want to take a look at what they are seeing in order for me to help

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get information on the session. It's important we can obtain details about the users cpu, device, os version and other necessary for our research

Better traing and quick search bar in the session replay screen

We are solving issues with the customers login session. Whether its basic or complex problems; having a visual makes it easier to diagnose the problem

Pinpoint UI / UX issues

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox provides out-of-box session replay with search and filtering, allowing developers to directly observe user interactions, pinpointing UI/UX friction and reproducing bugs in their original context. The DOM snapshots accelerate debugging and inform targeted improvements, reducing time spent on issue replication.
What do you dislike about the product?
More details in the joruney map and the funnel for better issue resoluion such as a personalised struggle score
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A dashboard application for building management. The complex UI makes user behavior difficult to understand. Generally the business relied on in-person customer surveys to observe their usage of the dashboards and make improvements. Glassbox session replay makes this doable on larger scale.

The recorded sessions that gives our team full visibility on our customer's activity.

Make the reports, alerts and anomalies more user friendly as they are hard to work with

Seeing Online Sessions

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about best with Glassbox is it is very helpful with being able to see what the customers are doing in their online session. sometimes its something small that I overlook or something I would not thing the customer is missing. However in Glassbox I can properly assist our customer by viewing the session and see where they are getting stuck or having an error.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be usefull if the real time playback would be even faster - would help in our customer support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am resolving online banking problems for customer. It could be zelle, bill pay, online wires, and other online related topics. I am helping our customers with online navigational steps, sometimes also detecting when the system is down or experiencing issues. I am able to see the errors customer gets, I am able to see the problems customers are running into, also I can see settings like if the customer screen is too zoomed in that can cause issues as well.
