What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Glassbox for the past few months to view my transactions and I have been extremely impressed with the easy and friendly interface. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it simple for me to quickly and easily view my transactions.

One of the things I love most about Glassbox is the clean and organized layout of the dashboard. It is easy to navigate and find exactly what I am looking for, whether it is a specific transaction or an overview of my spending habits.

In addition to the user-friendly interface, the customer support team at Glassbox has been fantastic. Any time I have had a question or issue, they have been quick to respond and provide helpful solutions.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience using Glassbox and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and efficient way to track their transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
more reporting, stats and tools to identify the pain areas for performance issues it would be great if we had this becuase it would make our lives much easier today

What do you like best about the product?
I do love it the options we have to filter it completly as needed this has a lot of benefits for us as we can quickly understand the source of things happening in our system
What do you dislike about the product?
The options of organization trought the files are not the most optimal, that was an experience i would like to have it easier for organization becuase some times it can take to long

we can determine where our customers are struggling on our website and where they are leaving us and most important we can tell why, we can do this very quickly as well

What do you like best about the product?

The app has been a little bit slow to load sessions over the past week or so but nothing to complain about to much around this - its just how things can be some times

What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Glassbox and I am blown away by its flexibility and customization options. With Glassbox, I am able to create personalized dashboards that display exactly the information I need to see. The ability to fully customize the layout and design of my dashboard makes it easy for me to quickly and efficiently analyze my data. Additionally, the integration options with other tools and platforms allow for endless possibilities in terms of the data I can access and display. "double login" > I always reach the login page, put in credential and afterwards it opens new login with company header and I need to do it once again. this can be a fraction frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
The business flows Glassbox comes with are very powerful. they allow us to identify which customer flows are working better than others and to understand why some products are more appealing
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few issues in Glassbox - Bugs in the journey map where customers are unable to click on the nodes - this can be very frustrating some times. but in general, the solution is to deliver value

See which campaigns are working better and see why customers are engaging with us and where our website is not performing the way it should - optimise our conversions

Glassbox is great for tracking the live player activity and for understanding where our customers and business users are spending their time and the kind of experience they have

We do have some glitches on the augmented journey map - so I guess I would like if we have a Quicker user journey and less glitches - this would be very important for me

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use between all the different sections 😊there are many capabilities in the solution but what I like best is how each one leads to the other to provide a great understadning of issues and product
What do you dislike about the product?
because I'm in system all the time I could do with live chat function when I need help for instant answers (but appreciate not all your clients are probably working in system all the time)

What do you like best about the product?
sense of easability without needing a degree in Glassbox to understand/use . WE can get all the insights we need very easily and this is helping us make the right decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
Interaction maps are poor UX; need to think like an end user and how they would use/need data such as plugin browser and 'shop the site' much to improve vs current experience

We use Glassbox to see how our customers are using and engaging with our website and where they have friction points - we can then use this to fix the website and see how our customers are using it

What do you like best about the product?
We have significant usage of the funnels - they help us understand and quantify the number of sessions which follow a specific path with no need to pre tag any of the elements
What do you dislike about the product?
Your ticketing response needs to become faster, because I raised a question and did not get any response for 1 month.
And I believe you need to implement additional explanation info on how to use your features from within the admin. For example, when creating funnels and you trying to select the best option then I will have to navigate outside the app and go to support glassbox in order to find an answer. And that answer can take a while as there many articles and user answers.

understand how our customers are using our website and where they are more engaged and where less - this shows us what is working well in our website and helps us deliver a great CX

What do you like best about the product?
I just love the The error messaging reports! they automatically indicate and surface to me where the issues may be residing and this enables me to quickly address them
What do you dislike about the product?
The Interaction maps could be more consistent some times its hard to tell how exactly the page looks like and things could get very easily confusing for us which is a shame
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Viewing and solving the errors we have in our site before they turn into something big which could impact our customer's experiences with our brand - this increases our performance
