time and visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Love the application as it allows real time visibility of actions taken on the system. This helps for coaching and understanding for investigation. This also improves performance. The application it self is very easy and simple to use. Glassbox is used for daily monitoring to prevent data breaches as well. it also breaks it down in a timeline
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything out of the normal - maybe have it esier to build reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get daily escalations of data breaches or missed informed clients. We use glassbox to track the consultants actions and if they were able to read the system accurately, make the accurate changes and relay the accurate information back to the customer. We resolve business data breaches and future money losses by actively viewing glassbox
Unlocking Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox for us enables us to unlock insight that either we've previously not had access to, or has been very difficult to piece together. We're now able to self serve the data in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
love this product - Getting more AI capabilites on what it already has would be even better

Conversion performance is our number on goal, reducing drop-off

Performant UX
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, well layed out, and performant UX. The tool is of high importance to our everyday operations. GIA is such a great feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
more customer activites would be very helpfull for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to gain an understanding of common challenges users encounter throughout their session, and to categorize them into common "themes" that design and developer teams can investigate and address to improve overall user sentiment and experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I am still trying to learn more about how to use glass box but i like that if theres a problem or we are needing to research something specific, we can see the user's session replay with clicks/presses
What do you dislike about the product?
Might just be a me thing, but I am not very sure of all the features and what i can do, not sure if this exists yet, but it would be nice to see a heat map of presses on a screen of like the users in a timee period

Eliminating the pain points and frustrrations for our customers so that they can be self serverd
Easy to locate sessions
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of pulling up sessions ha prvent to be the most important part for our on going operation
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be happy if there were more customer activites to learn about new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to be able to also search names, tuids and sessions available at least 120 days. This long retention give us the infomation we need to compare trends
Great AI with GIA
What do you like best about the product?
I think GIA feature is the best because it makes easier reporting the pain points
What do you dislike about the product?
More AI features would be great for helping us make Glassbox accessible to others in the organization who are less comfortable with technology.

It is useful for finding bugs (404 pages), technical problems, analyzing a/b test users detailed

the ability to walk with the customer in their real experience and in this way to see where they are having difficulties and help them with it

A great deal of data - needs to get used to on our side. though training was good

What do you like best about the product?
ability to drill down in to struggle scores, check the session replay and the journey map and interaction map for sessions that have high struggle score, it gives the why behind the what

setting up custom reports is not super intuitive and requires a pretty large learning curve

Searching for struggle points in customer sessions as they visit our site and developing a better experience four our day to day users
Glassbox is a helpful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using box to be able to troubleshoot with an account holder who is having technical difficulites. I can see on my end where they account holder is running into errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about glassbox, the only feature I wish glassbox had is to be able to see account holders screen real time to help navigate discover website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glassbox is benefical for web support department. When submitting tickets it is important to research and see what the underlying issue is on why account holders are having trouble logging in. Glassbox features makes that helpful in doing so
Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the most about Glassbox is visually intuitiveness which sets it apart from competitiors and make a USP
What do you dislike about the product?
It can enhance in its real time analytics which are not integrated to its maximum potential. Some deeper analysis with uuids are not easily available to do, so that can be a course of action for later enhancement
