Cylance, its alright

I have yet to see any alerts of infection go off, so I believe its working

i would like to excuse me for my english skills in advance. im german! my favourite thing about cylanceprotectis, that its not blocking every thing im downloading from the internet an it doesnt have interrupting ads i diddnt had any problems with it, it works like a charm

i dislike the design mostly i am using programs like excel which are not having such a special design and im often irretated by it

i dont need to run programs through a sandbox anýmore.

Cylance provides my company protection from cyber attacks.

I have no issues with the service, it notifies me when a threat is located on my PC

Cylance is used to locate threats and I'm pleased with the files that are provide when a threat arises.

Cylinder protect is an advanced tool to help protect computers from today’s constant malware threat. It has saved me time and my money just by having it installed.

I don’t dislike anything from the software

Protection from malware that traditional virus engines don’t detect
Easy to use and extremely effective.

The management console is cloud based and the agents are extremely easy to deploy and manage.

What do you like best about the product?
There is too much to list. This product is what all products should do in their space. If you have problems with virus infections, then this is your product to fix that issue. You will save more than enough from labor costs of rebuilding PCs to pay for the slightly higher price. This product also helps in airgapped networks when you have computers that cannot reach the Internet due to security restrictions.

I have nothing here, we replaced Symantec endpoint protection and had many infections. This product completely stopped the infections from happening.

No downtime from virus infections, malware, ransom-ware, etc.

There is no easy way to delete quarantine items.
So you have an item you ban, I'd expect to be able to delete it just in case Cylance happens to glitch the malware is gone.

Try to prevent PC from cryptoware and malware

This is not a consumer product is meant for businesses, Users who have personal System used for work should not use this as it tends to ban some of your 'games' and other apps.

Installation was quick. Building policies and models is a cinch!

Not sure I have a complaint. All issues were solved quickly with Cylance's support team

Needed a good malware service and this is by far the best.
Best endpoint security option since sliced bread
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have thrown anything and everything at Cylance and it detects it all. Zero day bugs, file less attacks, rogue code and cross scripting. It is very easy to use and even easier to white-list and blacklist potential or even well known threats.
System requirements for the software is around 100 MB of ram and less than 5% CPU when running a scan. It also does not need to be rebooted after each update and only needs to be updated every 3-6 months because of the algorithm used and the machine learning.
The cost is a little more than most AV's out on the market now, but if you factor in even rebuilding 2 machines a year. That covers the cost difference and saves you hours of time.

I do not have any dislikes currently. We have been virus free for 3 years and I am sleeping better at night, what's there to dislike?

We are solving issues with the time spent remediating viruses or even having to go to the users desks to see what they have installed or downloaded.
Cylance has two modes, audit and prevent. You can get as granular as processes in ram or just allow Cylance to stop what it thinks or knows is bad and white-list or blacklist after.

It is worth the time to give it a try. This is the least you can do for yourself and your sanity.
