A great partner who gives and takes helpful feedback
What do you like best about the product?
the back and forth with our Concierge Security Team. Things we bring up as wants or needs are addressed. And they are helpful with recommendations to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the MDR product has as much visibility as the Managed Risk side. It feels like you really need both to get full value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility both internally and externally. We've been scanning our high value servers for years, but were limited financially on what we could do. Now we are able to scan all of our networks and get feedback from the team on what priorities we should concentrate on first.
Arctic Wolf strikes a great balance between cost, capability and personality
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf has been a valued team addition at our organization. Our concierge team is always readily available. Our Tickets and questions are always responded in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attack vector feature is not available. External vulnerability scan does not show the attack vector, most of the time they are false positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vulnerabilities exist within all endpoint devices. We can quickly identify the vulnerabilities and take proper action. It helped us save money and time for better security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small to mid-size organization, Arctic Wolf brings a lot to the table. It will help you save time, money for better security operation.
Arctic Wolf is a great Security-as-a-Service provider
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf is easy to reach if we have questions. Their product provides us with 24/7 insight of what is happening in our complex computing environment. Their staff is knowledgable and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. I am very satisfied with the level of service of Arctic Wolf staff. I am very satisfied with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly iIdentifying the most critical/high risks in our environment.
A real security partner
What do you like best about the product?
Our concierge team is extremely fast and helpful and provide a high level of detail to any potential security issues that they find. They are an integral part of our cybersecurity team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike with their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf provides us 24x7 monitoring of our networks and systems.

They are a great security partner and one that I would recommend.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly simple implementation. Great onboarding team that walked me through the whole process. Took a few weeks to be up and running with sensors and agents installed acorss the network.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has got to be a better way to do reporting than forcing me to login and download PDFs one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a smaller business, we didn't have the budget to start a security team. Arctic wolf is filling that void and allowing me to focus on the company.

all the real time alerts when something is change in our environment

nothing that I can think of, this has been a great service

this service is helping use to be PCI compliant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
they are a great platform and it is easy to use. it like have a security on staff
Implementing AW Managed Risk and Managed Detection Response
What do you like best about the product?
They provide a level of knowledge and expertise that we did not internally posses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process was a little elongated. We needed to work with our Managed Service Partner and a third party hosting provider so that added some complexity and length to the timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in our implementation phase so nothing as of yet.
Not what we expected
What do you like best about the product?
I can't find anything I like very much about Arctic Wolf anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some accuracy issues in responding to our tickets. These inaccuracies have led to us having to explain why our third-party vendor made an assessment mistake when presenting a critical external vulnerability for remediation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a method to submit tickets now for investigations that we didn't have prior to engaging an MDR service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look at another MDR vendor if our experience is not a one-time experience.

Parce que nous avions déjà déployé LogRhythm et que nous continuons à l'utiliser, nous obtenons beaucoup de données dupliquées générées. Peut-être que si la surveillance d'AW pouvait prendre en compte ce que notre propre système LR surveille, cela pourrait aider à réduire la duplication.

What do you like best about the product?
A personalized approach to getting past the onboarding portion of the deployment. Continued customizable options to reduce noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some struggles with integration into our ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving our security posture and making us aware of incidents we would have otherwise missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Artic Wolf's proprietary agent is vital for them to contain an active incident. Couple that with managed risk scanners and it will provide a dashboard to show vulnerabilities.
