Advanced Security
What do you like best about the product?
Automated Risk and Detection of both my internet traffic and my endpoints
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards for identified risks can take some time to resolve after the fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to AW, I thought I would need a security officer. This product saved an FTE and give better protection than a human

A Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like our Concierge Security Team the best. They're always keeping an eye out for things, helping us resolve issues, and they reach out anytime there are critical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to see your active feeds. You have to request the information from Arctic Wolf and then it comes in a CSV with minimal identifying information outside of an IP address. It would be helpful to be able to see the feeds, their status, and add some descriptions to them from the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solving the issue of having minimal staff at our organization with minimal cyber security training. It also helps us with logs without needing to setup and maintain complicated infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
Feel very secure with AW monitoring pretty much all or our business functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the alerts are too much. Our Salesforce integration is mostly what I'm speaking of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alert us of any risks, primarily vulnerabilities for my role.

What do you like best about the product?
They are on top of all that ingress and egress with their sensors installed into our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been much if anything I would pick out as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly on brute force and / or email attempts from foreign countries that are on our Office 365

What do you like best about the product?
24/7 monitoring for the latest vulnerabilities of multiple networks and many endpoints is a large task that Arctic Wolf handles well. The Managed Security Awareness also educates our employees on the latest cyber & phishing attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have too much time on weekends now :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now proactive in finding potential issues or vulnerabilities within our environment. We are also being proactive on training and mitigating risks. Prior to Arctic Wolf, IT was mostly reacting to issues.
Arctic Wolf Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone on the team is always very helpful, friendly and responsive. Monthly meetings are always very informative. They give us excellent direction and tips with specfic instructions on how to harden our clients and environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant. Maybe a few less email alerts, but I'd rather have too much information, than not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AW significantly lowers our risk of successful cyber attacks via intrusion detection, cloud system monitoring and client vulnerabilities awareness/management.
Exceeding Expectations!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of information available, the 24/7/365 scanning/monitoring, the scanning capabilities and the various environments that can be monitored/scanned.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there is nothing that I have encountered that I dislike with Arctic Wolf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to know in near real-time if a user has clicked on a bad link and entered in their credentials or downloaded a malicious file. Being able to train and educate our staff on what to watch out for. Also, being able to scan devices.
Nothing but positive
What do you like best about the product?
We are glad to have an outside set of eyes on our network. The engagement and reporting is well balanced. The interaction with our team is efficient and well-documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides. Some might find it costly but when compared to another full-time position, it is far from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf monitors our network and alerts us when something seems questionable. Because of this, I feel that we are more likely to make the small changes that improve our exposure than if we were left to do it on our own. This includes keeping user accounts at appropriate security levels, monitoring network changes that may slip past us, and educating us on best security practices. We are a relatively small shop and we have learned some valuable things about network security through this engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a responsive SOC watching my back while I go about with my day-to-day business!
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding and/or removing users requires ArcticWolf staff completing the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
24x7 monitoring of my environment and that give us peace of mind knowing all our activities are being monitored even while we sleep!
Arctic Wolf - Leader of the Pack
What do you like best about the product?
The security response team at Arctic Wolf is helpful and timely with their alerts. With such a small cybersecurity staff, the AW response team allows for 24/7 monitoring of our network. The concierges assigned to our organization meet monthly to ensure that AW provides the best services possible. Our customer success manager is never pushy and tries to sell us products but instead informs us of new and upgrade solutions within AW and fully accepts whatever decision we make.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automated vulnerability scanning with Arctic Wolf is excellent, but I prefer more control. There is some control, such as rescanning a device, but it is hard to relinquish control after using Tenable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf relieves some of the pressure of not having enough employees. AW provides a 24/7 security operations center (SOC) that allows the limited staff at our organization to have a life and relieves the stress of constantly worrying about threats.
