Single unified cloud marketplace interface for across various cloud solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Suger provides a single, unified interface for cloud marketplaces, eliminating the need to manage the disparate rules and data models of multiple platforms. This approach greatly simplifies our billing systems and integration workflows, easy to setup, and quick to implement. The value proposition is compelling: Suger significantly reduces our operational complexity and paid for itself quickly all the while simultaneously expanding our reach to new customers.
We have been a using Suger since their early stages and it feels like a partnership with them and they are crucial part of our billing system.

What do you dislike about the product?
- renewal or upsale of the entitlement with entitlement term is still not smooth. Entitlement term feature in general needs more flexibilities
- UI information density can be increased

A Seamless, High-Impact Tool That Eliminated Manual Marketplace Chaos
What do you like best about the product?
Suger has completely eliminated the manual, repetitive work of creating AWS private offers. What used to take over 10 minutes navigating the Marketplace UI, toggling fields, double-checking inputs now takes less than a minute. It’s genuinely seamless, fast, and reliable.
The tool is intuitive and easy to use, with a clean UI and virtually no training required. It fits naturally into our workflow and provides the flexibility to adapt to our team’s specific use cases. From simple mappings to more complex automation, everything feels straightforward. The integration process was straightforward and required minimal effort from our side.
One of the biggest standouts is the support quality. The Suger team is responsive, helpful, and proactive. If something isn’t supported out of the box, they’ll work with us to figure out a solution and often ship enhancements quickly. Their white-glove onboarding and assistance really make them feel like a part of the team!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Any issues we’ve had have been part of the natural learning curve or fast-paced product growth. The team always jumps in to help and fixes things fast. Their commitment to support is one of the reasons we trust the platform so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger helps us save time, reduce manual effort, and accelerate deal velocity through the cloud marketplaces. It has paid for itself quickly through time savings alone. We’ve seen measurable results, like shortening deal cycles and improving coordination with our partner team.
Great software for accelerating GTM/co-sell
What do you like best about the product?
Suger is a great platform, I chose it for its usability and the business outcomes and automations I've been able to leverage on the back end have been game changing in the way that we drive our GTM at our company. I am also a big fan of the price, it is a high value vs. competitors for what we receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just some friction to migrate to a new platform but it was reasonable and we worked through any hiccups with their technical team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic our GTM workflows with the hyperscalers.
Great Support and Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Suger has an intuitive inteface making it easy to use and navigate with minimal training needed. I've also enjoyed the dedicated and responsive support by the team when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SFDC widget could have some features you only find on the website.

It connects our business with our partners quite well.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly responsive and supportive customer service and engineering team -- hugely different experience than what we were getting from the competition. It was quick to implement and they made delightful changes quickly to support some of our needs. Using the product is a straightforward and easy experience for everyone who needs to.
They have a great product, great people, and have helped us navigate both the tactical side of cloud marketplace and CSP co-sell and the strategic side of building a stronger alliance with AWS. Suger is a product we love, but they feel like a partner as well.
I make very few product recommendations, but Suger stands out as an incredibly easy one to make.

I don't have a single bad thing to say about their product or team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Suger for both SFDC <> AWS APN/ACE co-sell and AWS Marketplace listing and transaction services. It excels at both.

Ease of use is good, the customer support is exceptional. I love the team there and the results they help us deliver.

It is still early in its journey so the product is still maturing.

Suger streamlines and consolidates Cloud Marketplace and co-sell engagements. This de-risks private offers, CPPOs, and RPOPs, as well as provides clear line of site to AR to ensure everything is tracked in SFDC.
Upside of Suger is offloading the manual effort of collecting and creating offers / co-sell engagements by integrating with SFDC and providing our team a 1 stop shop directly within each SFDC opp. This allows our team more time to drive activity that creates more cloud sourced opps.

GCP hasn't allowed vendors to integrate with partner advantage, the equivalent of ACE for AWS.
The major gap is manual fund requests within each clouds respective partner portal. If Suger can integrate and have that experience within each SFDC opp, that'd be great.

Suger streamlines and consolidates co-sell activity with the cloud providers. De-risking our business while allowing us to scale with seamless alignment connections via SFDC integration.
Suger continues to exceed expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of deployment, ease of field mapping, exceptional customer service. Continually adding new features, and open to all feedback.

As a relatively newer product, some features are still being developed.

Seamlessly referring our opportunities to Cloud Marketplaces, syncing sales stages, and importing valuable information to our CRM.
It works well, consistently
What do you like best about the product?
It works really well and is really easy to use - that's not something I've heard about other similar tools. The set up was quick and easy once you understand your own CRM system well. It hasn't broken since we've used it and hasn't let us down.

They're still building features, and they're very receptive to feedback, but I do have a wishlist of features that are still yet to come.

Furthermore, our feedback has been directly incorporated into product enhancements, which not only simplifies our work but also strengthens our alliance GTM efforts
