What do you like best about the product?
Suger's been a huge accelerant for our cloud marketplace selling. The platform is incredibly intuitive—which enables us to get private offers out the door quickly without getting bogged down in admin.
The real standout, though, is their support team. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. They’ve helped us navigate AWS listings (especially with CPPO partners) with clarity and speed.
If you’re looking to accelerate your marketplace presence without burning time on admin work, Suger is the way to go.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say so far - very positive experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger's saving out GTM team a huge amount of time publishing private offers so we can focus more on selling vs admin.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Suger is its intuitive design, flexibility, speed, and responsive support team. I was able to get up and running on cloud marketplaces very quickly with no prior knowledge of the cloud marketplace ecosystems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suger has met all my needs. Even when I found a bug, they jumped in to fix it in real time allowing me to transact that same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger helped us solve the challenge of getting on the AWS Marketplace despite having limited resources and knowledge—making the process fast, simple, and achievable without needing internal expertise.
                        
                            Suger is a world class product with an incredibly sharp team.
What do you like best about the product?
The product is built with simplicity in mind at scale. It takes the friction out of working across an omni-cloud GTM by unifying marketplaces into one place. Its native CRM integration also avoids the need to be proficient across the cloud providers. It's literally as simple as a few clicks to transact. Furthermore, their team goes above and beyond to support your marketplace journey- they manage the entire implementation so you don't have to. They're always available and make you feel like you're their only customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downside to Suger. They're affordable, reliable, and leading edge to make Sales orgs operate more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They strip away the pain of organizations having to be marketplace proficient. Instead, their product simplifies the painful tasks and give the user a wonderful experience.

Suger's support team as been awesome. They have been super helpful and knowledgeable across all the major cloud providers. The dashboard is really easy to use and the CRM integration has made it simple for us to scale without any headaches.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger solves the management of multiple Cloud Marketplaces into one tool that integrates into our CRM which allows us to scale our business.

What do you like best about the product?
From day 1 the Suger team have been very supportive and productive to ensure that we had a seamless and very easy integration, whilst not losing momentum. The pre and post sale customer suppport has been very timely and supportive, regardless of the time zone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about Suger
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suger is solving the " Transactable" requirement from MS Azure, which was a requirement for our set up. We are now able to recognise a large $$$ value of revenue that we would not have seen without the Suger platform.

What do you like best about the product?
They provide a lot of insights to our customers marketplace deals, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag between creating an offer and when it populates into the Suger dashboard. My company is a very fast paced and waiting for an hour+ for a offer is a big deal. Especially for a company who does real time data movement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our marketplace offers in one place, creating offers in SFDC vs going to each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support is the best part about Suger.  The Suger team provides support and guidance throughout the setup process.  But more importantly, they provide support with walking through private offers, reporting, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at this moment.  Will update if anything comes up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud Marketplace Management - Single pane of glass to manage AWS, Azure, GCP.  Also provides a consolidated view of our marketplace business.
                        
                            Suger Review - Positive Experience with the Tool
What do you like best about the product?
 The customer success team has been great, and very responsive. The tool is easy to use, and the implementation was very straightforward. It also integrates well with our salesforce tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
 No downsides, we have been happy with the tool. There are some reports that we are having to create in SFDC, but that is a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketplaces can be hard to navigate and hard to find someone to help you navigate them, suger has been able to help us with this.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of submitting deals to AWS marketplace is a game changer and increases the team' efficiency. You can automate most of the items in the deal submission as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suger can work on displaying more analytics of marketplace data for the vendor on dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
