Easier to implement and start understanding data than others

What do you like best about the product?
Instant data. It's easy to implement. As a Marketer without developer assistance, it was easy for me to start implementing Indicative via GTM.

The outcome of easy implementation is to get the data outright. When comparing other SaaS analytics and onboarding tool which involves too many complex steps, Indicative is fast. That's the value as a User we expect. Everyday my daily routine to check the Indicative dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It's very straightforward to use. May be they could have pre-built templates for people to take inspiration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- User onboarding insights
- Retention rate monitoring

This both data by UTM. The cohorts give us how much we are lacking in the conversion rate of users.

Intuitive, powerful & quick, with a few glitches

What do you like best about the product?
Within less than an hour, I could create robust analyses that led to real business insight. The tools were right where I expected them and worked exactly the way I thought they would. It was blazing fast, too -- though we don't yet feed too much information into the app (primarily detailed telemetry and purchase info from ~3000 weekly active users). We have Amplitude and Tableau set up on the same dataset. Still, I don't even touch them anymore unless I need to check analyses created by others. Indicative is much more intuitive than both and order of magnitude faster than Tableau -- fast enough to allow interactive analysis and slicing & dicing the data. I even find myself going back to the raw data via Databricks less and less.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some problems around the data ingestion side: journey analysis had to be turned on manually, and I encountered a weird problem around funnel analysis -- but those could've been problems on our end, and our data engineering team could fix them soon. One thing I badly miss is the ability to generate 100% stacked bar charts -- it seems like something minor, yet I find myself exporting & moving data to Excel just to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am analyzing telemetry data for our app after releasing it on a new platform to identify trends and pinpoint problems. So far I managed to troubleshoot problems with the onboarding funnel, pinpoint the the root cause of spikes and valleys in subscription rates and identify problem areas in the app where extensive usage tends to lead to crashes.

We only use Indicative for product analytics, and sometimes it is confusing to have different data visualization tools

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good tool to understand in which part of the product flow we are losing the conversion. The filtring options, group segments is easy to use, especially if you integrate it with Segment.io

I find it a bit difficult to compare two separate segmentation with each other

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use wizard setup, lots of possible combinations, great dashboards

Pricing is a little too high for startups and small business

I needed to visualize how my clients use my websites. Information was scattered on different places. Indicative fix this and shows a neat dashboard with all the relevants KPI

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it is very easy to log in. I can put my google credencials and connect fast.

It is easy to manipulate and compare numbers. In a little clicks I can see graphics and anallyse my product and compare versions. These informations and number provide more trust to decide what way is better.

We can save some specificly views and share with our team. Make us aways in the same page. Every one can see the same anallyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I miss the last software that I used: mixpanel When I have some issue to solve It´s harder to find a solution in internet. Comparing mixpanel and Indicative I miss more content available in YouTube for example.

I don´t remember to be invited too to any webinar talking about a new feature or some new user trainig. Eventually We need to organize in our team someone to teach our new emplyees how to use the software. It will better if Indicative could provide the first steps to a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving which journey is better for our customer. Indicative allow me to compare de old journey with the new one giveing numbers and convertion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to know everything about your business, you need to set up indicative. It gives more opportunities to improve the whole journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Once I learned how to create my own dashboards, I was amazed at the number of different options I had at my fingertips to customize my reports and make them visually interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, but once you get up-to-speed you'll love the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Indicative to pull in event data to create a dynamic dashboard for our clients, giving them a near-realtime look into what's happening for them.

Take the time to learn what Indicative can really do for you -- so many options here to explore.
