What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability to consolidate customer data into a single, cohesive database. Now marketers can segment lists and build intelligent, personalized campaigns without intervention from developers or other teams. Having a CDP and ESP in one solution steamlines efforts and reduces overall cost of our marketing stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
No immediate downsides, but we're still in the early stages of adoption. The interface could be modernized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Blueshift, we had limited views of our direct customers. Now, we can easily see their activity across a range of touchpoints with our brands. This allows us to build cohorts for superior targeting/messaging. In theory, this will lead to a more personalized experience with our brands and unlock more sales potential.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm quite new to the email marketing world, but so far, I've never seen such a powerful and well-organized tool to capture emails, events, and attributes of all of our customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that there seem to be some slow loading times or bugs in the process. For example: if you have a lot of attributes assigned to a segment, the drop down menus sometimes don't load when you click them, so you have to triple check a million times to verify everything is selected before moving on, when it should just be one simple click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of Blueshift from what I've seen so far are the organization, the easy dashboard views, and many filters to organize all of the information in a custom and thorough way.

Une des choses que j'aime le plus en tant que designer et programmeur est que même si je ne crée pas de campagnes et ne les envoie pas, je peux travailler sur mes designs sans me soucier de rien d'autre.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Le passage entre les comptes n'est parfois pas très fluide et entraîne des erreurs, mais on s'habitue à cliquer d'abord sur l'accueil avant de changer, ce qui rend les choses moins boguées.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Je suis designer, donc je n'utilise pas toute la plateforme, mais pour mes besoins liés au design, blueshift rend tout plus facile.

Si vous cherchez une plateforme qui peut gérer tout en un seul endroit, c'est votre réponse.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a nice and simple pipeline but still very flexible. Everything comes through as an event, set all the custom properties you could need, and send the message as whatever you like. Then the statistical data is all there, ready for marketing to use. As a backend dev, there is a considerable part of the workload off my shoulders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Every product can always improve. But it does what it needs to, and our needs are pretty straightforward.
We are looking forward to the new SMS studio! :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have streamlined all our events, notifications, and emails into one single process on the backend of our system. As a backend developer, this is huge! It gives marketing the freedom to request any events on a whim, and it doesn't bog down the development process. And it provides marketing the freedom to set up whatever types of messages or notifications to the customer without waiting for any support from development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are comfortable making API calls and you need a beefy but simple solution, Blueshift is excellent to work with! Simple, straightforward, and works for simple or enterprise needs.

J'aime pouvoir communiquer avec les gens en ciblant le moment où ils sont le plus actifs sur leurs e-mails. Je pense que cette fonction rend la communication plus efficace et fournit des résultats.

Je n'aime pas avoir à manipuler les données à plusieurs endroits. D'abord lister, puis segmenter, puis tout lier ensemble. Cela prend du temps et parfois cela conduit à des erreurs.

Je touche des étudiants. Avec Blueshift, j'ai la possibilité de fournir des informations à un certain nombre de personnes, en même temps, par le même email.

En tant qu'école numérique, c'est très important.

What do you like best about the product?
Informative/helpful articles on marketing techniques, Blueshift academy courses with quizzes to learn and receive certification, email campaign builder/designer
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could further personalize email designs, file size limitations are very low (1MB) which is pretty restrictive when wanting to include high quality/resolution imagery
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift is improving mine, and my company's marketing practices by offering education on things like omnichannel marketing and using smart AI along with the opportunity to view reports and insights easily
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Blueshift offers an immense library of online marketing education and insight, things you didn't even know were possibe. The customization tools inside of the email campaign journey builder are very user-friendly. Customer support is timely and very helpful in answering questions as well as providing resolutions to any issues you face

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to work with, integrates with a plethora of new kids on the block. Amazing analytics which Is a must-have these days I'm afraid. Love the editor support for shared assets insertions and the preview tabs are really accurate. The most important thing is it never let my expectations down, but pushed me to learn how to use the more advanced options and it's so worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've noticed (and this is on very rare occasions when I need something done in 5mins) is the Drag & Drop editor needs some extra functions revolving around the block split customizing, but there is a workaround for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great solutions for custom liquid tags, made my life easier I have to say.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use around 9 different ESPs on a daily basis, and I have to say that Blueshift takes the cake!

What do you like best about the product?
Of all the visual email editors I've tested, the one from Blueshift is by far the best. The ease of setting up the different automation is also a big plus, as is the automatic selection of the best time slots for sending communication. The heatmap feature is well integrated and I found it useful to optimize automated emails. I'm also impressed but how fast Blueshift processess a lot of information, for example when creating a custom segment of less than two thousand people in a 10M+ user database.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no automated saves on the email builder. The interface isn't adapted to small screens, and some options are well hidden in sub-menus. Especially the advanced campaign settings. I train colleagues on the basic functionalities of the tool, but it remains challenging for them as the interface can be counterintuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send communications to professionals in various fields. I need to maximize my engagement rate by combining open rate and click rate. Automatically limiting the number of communication a user receives per day allow to work with other teams without fear of ending up in the spam folder. Since my community is based anywhere in the world, being able to send communications in a 24-hours timeframe is game-changing: I don't need to worry about sending an email at an impromptu schedule! Last but not least, the Report tab is fully customizable and it's really easy to show data to my colleagues in a well-organized dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dedicate this software to huge user bases. For periodic communications to small communities, I would'nt recommend Blueshift. To be efficient, prefer working with automatic segments. Thety much better handled than CSV/XLS lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift provides you with the ability to create simplified reports and insights about marketing campaigns. This feature is rapid and can be optimized in many ways for digital marketing teams. We've been using this feature to determine the performance of our email campaigns and strategizing for future projects. The metrics are easy to understand, and there are many creative ways you can form a report. Another thing I like about Blueshift is its ability to export and import data within minutes. This process is very quick and saves my team so much time to get other things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond that there is no spell check for texts in creatives. A recommendation would be to add a Grammarly integration into email creatives. Spell check or a Grammarly integration can change the game for marketing teams without going out of the way to check for spelling and errors. This feature can really speed up the QA process for emails, SMS, and so much more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we're solving with Blueshift is that we're saving up so much time by not creating manual reports. We're using blueshift insights and reports instead of doing all the manual work to create excel sheets.
