Great, easy to use ESP

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the simplicity of using Blueshift. Nothing is confusing and everything is straight to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could take a completed one time send and clone it to a recuuring event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us deliver relevant content to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user frendly for someone that haven't work with email platforms beore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing dynamic content required being able to code by using liquid. A regular marketer wil not be able to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating AI on SL to be able to a/b test fast and gain opens.
To be able to copy a triggers on the journey saved me a lot of time.
To be able to copy filters also has saved me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift gives the user the ability to create an automated experience for the email recipients that feels personalized and is constantly updating to their preferneces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I life I wish their email campaigns had a better autosave feature and that the possibly for using in app notification was more previlient because I know it's possible but my rep hasn't fully briefed us on how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to segment our audience and use AI to make personalized email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
It has some lofty ideas and goals. You can see it come through in alot of the data side. they are coming about being a CRM a slightly different way then other ones i have used. There is alot of good to that and building it with loads of customization
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool itself is very very buggy. It works the way they want it to only 70% of the time. It feels like sometimes they are pushing new ideas vs fixing the older parts that dont work. At times it feels over-engineered but under-tested. Its not a very user-friendly and not intuitive tool. It's hard to learn bc of its over complexity (which can be great at points when you learn it) The visual editor has serious limitations and since its based off a free online tool any issues blueshift cant really fix it or upgrade it. They cant do anything about those limitations.

The data tool seems to fail me all the time and at different places. This goes back to the buggy side of engineering. Most of the time when i have a problem with visual editor or data the CS team advises me to workarounds inside of the limitations but not address the underlying issues that caused the problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to reach customers and segment them properly and blueshift does that.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we've only been using Blueshift for a few months, the support and training have been most helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos are quite fast. I'd recommend slowing down the pace so the user can absorb the content without having to restart the training video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data which Blueshift offers is far better than our previous platform which allows us to target a very specific customer type.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize and connect with non-native channels

Lack of customization in CRM/user attributes
Inability to send several creatives to one user within one journey
Inability to push campaigns from sandbox to production.

Sending MA material to customers and integration with our proprietary technology. Improved MA efficiency and cohesion.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift is the best CDP I've ever tried. It can do anything you want it to do. Their customer support team & feature request team are awesome and always get back to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting features could be improved for a better user experience & ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem blueshift solves is letting us trigger emails/pushes to customers on any custom event that we want to create.

Great CSM with amazing customer service and tools

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift has tons of amazing tools and reporting that help me deploy and maintain large-scale email sends without much trouble. Their customer service team is always prompt in responding to any inquiries, and the open nature of the platform allows for a lot of flexibility for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a little steep for new users but they do have a lot of documentation that helps guide users through the process. Sometimes features may be "improved" but do decrease usability in that we get used to doing things a certain way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recommendations and campaigns help us ensure our customers receive the best suggestions from our catalog and ensure users are engaged with our content. If users disengage, blueshift allows us to easily send them less messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Support: Our account rep is always quick to respond with help or answers to our questions. Other platforms in the past have been slow to respond to tickets. It's extremely valuable to have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help troubleshoot problems promptly.

Onboarding: The onboarding process was really smooth. Their team worked with our teams to help get the tool set up and to migrate our existing campaigns. Throughout the entire process, our team really felt supported.

Ease of segmentation and targeting: Blueshift has intuitive tools like predictive scoring to help us target audiences based on behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Blueshift had more integrations with other tools or had some functionality built into the platform (like the ability to survey users and apply to segmentation)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Responsys for our email communications and it was a very clunky platform. Blueshift has made it much easier to create segmented email programs based upon behavior and A/B test various attributes.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift is a great CRM platform for business. For someone who has never heard of Blueshift before, I didn't have difficulty exploring the whole platform. Now I use it as if I've been for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that it lacks but I already requested it and the Support Team said it's in the queue. I'm very grateful that the support team is responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to our audience, segmentation, content development and customization, data syncs, data analysis, and reports, calendar-ing, and some more features.
