Daily User of This Versatile, User-Friendly Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift allows my team to be agile and meet customer needs efficiently. I love the journey builder and how simple and versitile it is. The data management side of Blueshift is robust and well organized - we are able to acheive a high level of personalization and segmentation because of it.

Also support is very quick to help if we run into any issues, which is so rare. They often get back to us same day with a resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
One element that I find a bit limiting is their insights and reporting suites. The existing solution meets all my needs for my day to day, but I'd love to be able to create more custom reports based on some of the user profile attributes that we store. I think building out that feature would really next-level the ability to curate reporting based on audience attributes - not just engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization in customer journeys, tailoring the customer experience to the data we have on a customer, extensive creative and copy testing, automations that make our lives so much easier as marketers and general insights into our customer data base that drive our strategy in a big way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the rendering of emails displays on different device sizes. I also like having the ability to tag and sort emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a way to leave notes about a particular email in the system without including it as an actual comment in the email html file. This might be a nice feature so I can leave comments for non developers. It would also be nice if the code editor had the ability to collapse lines of code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role as a developer doesn't require that I necessarily solve problems. I do like the shared asset feature as it makes mass updating much easier.

Il y a quelques éléments qui aideraient à améliorer Blueshift, comme permettre la fonction de copier-coller de nouveaux modèles au sein d'une branche pour faciliter le transfert de données ou pouvoir archiver des modèles qui ne sont plus utilisés pour offrir une vue plus claire des campagnes.

Nous nous sommes concentrés sur la création d'une interaction en temps réel avec les clients basée sur leurs transactions. Blueshift permet de modifier facilement les modèles sans trop de tracas.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is friendly and the product is constantly being worked on to be made better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue with the product is the lack of control group tracking. They have buckets set up to withhold users from a send but no way great way to analyze how that control group performs compared to the treatment group. The product works better for building and sending out emails but could use a lot of work in better understanding the performance of emails and users over time/through different journeys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass communication and a better understanding of how to segment to users with different journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
BlueShift has a wide scope of segmentation options that I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface of yet! Great for creating event-triggered emails and targeting specific demographics for your company's specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could still use some work with the reporting mechanics and some of the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to test emails at a high level and gain immediate insights into what is working and what isn't working with our A/B tests.

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift offers you a simple interface to build campaigns based on triggering events. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate with a lot of customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to modify the timing of emails once they're scheduled.
Inability to move campaigns across instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email campaign automation. We were able to build a 3 months campaign for a students learning journey fully customized by the student's progress thanks to external fetch.

What do you like best about the product?
The option to segment your database in very specific groups, then use those groups for sending them email newsletters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email creation interface could be more modern and the process of scheduling push notifications could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation is perfect, analytics very helpful, automation part very needed.

Il y a également une académie de formation pour aider les nouveaux utilisateurs à s'intégrer à la plateforme et à apprendre les tenants et aboutissants. Cela est extrêmement utile pour l'intégration du personnel qui utilisera régulièrement Blueshift. Il existe également plusieurs moyens de contacter le support en cas de problème, et ils sont généralement très réactifs et serviables.

L'interface peut être déroutante parfois, en particulier lors de la création de segments avancés pour les campagnes. Cela rend la formation sur Blueshift difficile car il faut un certain temps pour expliquer où trouver chaque chose et comment accomplir diverses tâches.
