Does what it says on the tin
What do you like best about the product?
We reviewed a lot of systems and choose Blueshift. To have one system for all communication channels - i.e. our emails, on the website, making Facebook and Google segments etc. was a big thing. Being able to work across multiple domains opened up a whole new world of opportunities. But the biggest thing I like about it is the ease of use - i.e. our marketing team can run the show without having IT constantly involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve... but I think this cannot be avoided when you are doing something new and as advanced as we are doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform for communication with our customers. Using trigger based campaigns to deliver personalized messages to our customers.

Put resources behind implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best i like about the blueshift its easy to manage compare with old trivial solutions which requires a team to manage.
In addition, its very easy to integrate using API.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major dislikes but would like Blueshift to focus more on following:
1) Sometimes it takes longer to get technical help.Hence would be better to get quick support response
2) Its API capacities are limited. Would be helpful to have more API endpoints for features like tags.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to focus more on retaining the existing customers using re-marketing.
Blueshift is helping us to drive this goal very efficiently.
Also with blueshift being in place now, efforts to manage the tool has been reduced compared to previous tool.

Blueshift is Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of options that makes out process so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segment builder could be a little easier, and the website spins in place for a few minutes at least a couple of times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation is much easier, as is maintaining recurring mailings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More bang for the buck for sure. Anything a digital marketer needs is included in the software.

-Easy to use audience builder, we can get really granular with who we target
-Recommendation build is my favorite feature! I can build a variety of different recommendation blocks that pull directly from our catalog. Makes is very easy to quickly build and iterate rec schemas and then leverage them across email templates in my campaigns
-Journey builder makes it very easy to pull in channels: email, push, and paid media

-Learning curve - it's a very robust platform with many features. It's a bit overwhelming at first, like any new platform, but the more you play around to become familiar with how it works, it becomes a lot easier.

Predictive Studio, Recommendations, Dashboards
Undoubtedly the strong feature from the tool. Easy to navigate and build predictions, set-up reoccuring reports, edit on your tests in real time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't faced a lot yet. Even multistep complex setups are easily doable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Predictive Studio, I can easily setup custom segments defining propensity to engage, interact or purchase. This gives an early run in segmenting and targetting engaged users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You would enjoy the customizations and support. 10/10 for support on tool updates, new feature launches, user friendliness.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to centralize our data to create personalized experiences across multiple platforms: email, SMS, website and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Historically, Blueshift was not on par with some of the other company's reporting capabilities. HOWEVER, with the new release, Blueshift has great reporting and even some nice notification capability so I can easily keep my stakeholders in the loop on our programs.

Flexible and Powerful Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The power to market to my customers with a tool that reaches them across multiple channels is key. Once the UI is understood it is easy to set up campaigns for the multiple markets we are targeting.
Being able to track data through different channels allows us to create more personalized messages for certain target audiences.
Blueshift’s solution helps us reach our customers across multiple channels. We can easily set up event and segment triggered campaigns, as well at test and optimize any campaign element.
Some of my favorite features are the segmentation builder and creative studio. I can build and target the ideal customers, while staying on brand.

There is a bit of a curve when learning the UI but once understood things begin to fall into place. Reporting capabilities good be better. However, they’ve already done some big improvements which are helpful to understand campaign performance. They are transparent with their product roadmap, so excited to see what’s to come

What do you dislike about the product?
The in-app reporting definitely has room for improvement. The documentation are not very user friendly. I would like to see some prediction system that helps predict subscription cancels based on user activities and events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift helps our marketers with customer engagement strategy using personalize customer flows and customer journeys. It helps us automate and target specific markets easier. It helps us to create customized campaigns.
Blueshift is a great email service for newsletters and other content emails
What do you like best about the product?
The API is great, it is well documented and there is plenty of volume allowed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates must be maintained across all accounts, which is extra work when operating multiple websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deliver emails newsletters to hundreds of thousands of emails with Blueshift and it has greatly reduced our cost and engineering time to do so vs competing services.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Blueshift is the platforms flexibility. The can ingest any data source we throw at it and allows our team to take action upon it. Blueshift segmentation capabilities allow us to get really granular with who we target. The recommendation builder is also a fantastic tool, we can build personalized recommendations that adapt to each user and leverage them across our email campaigns. The customer success team has also been extremely helpful with on boarding and best practices. They really care about our success and are there to lend a hand or answer any questions we may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit of a cluster and hard to navigate, but that's like any new tool you begin to use. The team has been transparent about the roadmap and future UI enhancements, which is exciting to see that they are continuously building upon the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prior solutions lacked a lot of functionality needed to actually engage customers on a personalized basis. We were stuck with batch and blast campaigns that didn't really engage our users. With Blueshift, we can message every user with relevant messaging that improves their overall experience. We've been able to introduce a number of new campaigns that we couldn't do with previous solutions.
