Blueshift Simple y atractivo , Eficiente!!!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versatile platform, easy to use and with its functionalities it shows to be one of the best marketing tools. The support they provide is very fast and efficient. Data and API integration is really simple, it doesn't present any problems. The customization provided by the available templates is nice, which are very good. The ability to promote our campaigns on platforms such as Google and Facebook has changed the course of our company, it has made us grow impressively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report writing could be a bit more robust for more comprehensive reporting. But we are sure that soon this will be possible since over the years we have been able to notice the improvements that have favored our experience using this software, they know how to listen and fulfill our expectations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, the main thing for us is to offer a high quality of work that meets the expectations of our clients at all times and to achieve greater recruitment every day. Blueshift has taken care of facilitating this task for us in the best way thanks to its wonderful management of marketing, analysis and control. Our workers carry out all the strategies and this software helps us to enhance and promote them. We are delighted with the use of this platform, we reach goals quickly.

We find it easy and pleasant to work with Blueshift, its interface has a great design and is very easy to use. They are attentive to our concerns and opinions and take them into account at all times. It is a well-functioning software, with very few errors and all this goes hand in hand with its affordable cost, it is a very valuable investment for our company and we are sure that it will also be for the people who obtain it. Its tools are powerful and allow to always offer a high quality of work.

What do you like best about the product?
For me it has become more than a tool, it is my right hand in everything that refers to design, creation and digital marketing strategies, especially email marketing campaigns since it allows me to create campaigns in a quite Simple and versatile, it also has an excellent reporting tool that reflects the data in a very practical way when making a decision, since it allows me to verify the effectiveness of the decisions made in terms of the strategies taken, it is also provided with a large number of integrations that allow you to fully exploit its potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer service can be faster and more assertive when responding to user requests, since in my opinion they take forever to answer the concerns that are presented to us, which takes away a lot of time just to wait. an answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this short time that I have been using it to improve the digital marketing strategies of my company, it has been quite useful.
Great marketing platform for personalizing communications across channels
What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift's platform is easy to use and makes our team self-sufficient. We can build segments based on any event, and actually deliver personalized messages to each that are relevant to them.
The recommendation engine is topnotch. It connects directly with our catalog and gives us the power to provide the best product recommendation to each user. We have been able to scale tremendously

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to auto-save our email templates. There have been numerous times where I have lost a template I was creating and had to start from scratch. I know the team is aware of this and working to fix it.
Documentation in some places could provide a little more context and screenshots. But I should also note it a lot more comprehensive then other solutions I have used in the past.

When we selected Blueshift, there were a few things we wanted to solve.
1. Unify our data from our website and messaging channels
2. Build segments that we can leverage in our campaigns
3. We didn't want to use 3-4 tools to accomplish our ultimate goals. We wanted an all in tool that gave us everything we needed.

Powerful automated and predictive marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy and intuitive the application is to use, helping the marketing teams to really focus on the creativity without having to worry too much about the execution. The tool opened up new ways of reaching our users while delivering more personalised content based on behaviour. It also gave us the opportunity to try new marketing concept and step away from mass marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
No many aspects in fairness, I think the team is working hard on addressing any gaps highlighted to the. The reporting side of the application is good but could be (and will probably) better from a campaign engagement matrix stand point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to quickly change the marketing mind set from a manual single channel/content approach to an automated multi touch point and personalised strategy without too much effort.

What do you like best about the product?
We reviewed a lot of systems and choose Blueshift. To have one system for all communication channels - i.e. our emails, on the website, making Facebook and Google segments etc. was a big thing. Being able to work across multiple domains opened up a whole new world of opportunities. But the biggest thing I like about it is the ease of use - i.e. our marketing team can run the show without having IT constantly involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve... but I think this cannot be avoided when you are doing something new and as advanced as we are doing.

One platform for communication with our customers. Using trigger based campaigns to deliver personalized messages to our customers.

The best i like about the blueshift its easy to manage compare with old trivial solutions which requires a team to manage.
In addition, its very easy to integrate using API.

There are no major dislikes but would like Blueshift to focus more on following:
1) Sometimes it takes longer to get technical help.Hence would be better to get quick support response
2) Its API capacities are limited. Would be helpful to have more API endpoints for features like tags.

We are trying to focus more on retaining the existing customers using re-marketing.
Blueshift is helping us to drive this goal very efficiently.
Also with blueshift being in place now, efforts to manage the tool has been reduced compared to previous tool.

The variety of options that makes out process so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segment builder could be a little easier, and the website spins in place for a few minutes at least a couple of times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation is much easier, as is maintaining recurring mailings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More bang for the buck for sure. Anything a digital marketer needs is included in the software.

-Learning curve - it's a very robust platform with many features. It's a bit overwhelming at first, like any new platform, but the more you play around to become familiar with how it works, it becomes a lot easier.

Undoubtedly the strong feature from the tool. Easy to navigate and build predictions, set-up reoccuring reports, edit on your tests in real time.

I haven't faced a lot yet. Even multistep complex setups are easily doable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Predictive Studio, I can easily setup custom segments defining propensity to engage, interact or purchase. This gives an early run in segmenting and targetting engaged users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You would enjoy the customizations and support. 10/10 for support on tool updates, new feature launches, user friendliness.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to centralize our data to create personalized experiences across multiple platforms: email, SMS, website and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Historically, Blueshift was not on par with some of the other company's reporting capabilities. HOWEVER, with the new release, Blueshift has great reporting and even some nice notification capability so I can easily keep my stakeholders in the loop on our programs.
