What do you like best about the product?
Easy to check payments, clean system and very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
when the bank doesnt refresh properly on the bank recs, unable to amend things when your invoice has been declined as it is the wrong department always throws up an error if its a different fund code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
you can switch between the leels so you can bring up just that school account rather than seeing all invoices at top level.

Modern look and feel. Easy to navigate and for day to day use. Customer support is quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when opening another tab the system thinks it could be a fradulent log in.

Allows easy switching between entities which saves time.
"A Reliable Platform For Financial Management "
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is the best platform of all for financial management solutions. Has elevated our management skills. It is very flexible to operate. Has a nice looking UI. All features are well functioning, bank reconciliation works well.
It was simple to implement, customer support really helped us.

All is well, no downside discovered yet. I love using this platform.

Sage Intacct: Has transformed our managing skills
What do you like best about the product?
Our management is now elevated to another level. Sage Intacct has become a vital platform to use that we use daily. Has a high streamed cloud based solution. I like it's UI that is user friendly. This platform is very much flexible to operate. Customer support has been supportive 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
All we needed for management has been provided by Sage Intacct. It has put a smile to us 😊. No dislike discovered yet.

Fantastic flexibility ability, one can make changes and customization based on business and user needs.

As a Finance manager, Sage has been my companion in ensuring that all transactions go through in an appropriate manner and billing is undertaken in the best means possible.

Terrible customer service. Expensive and complicated for what it is.

- Love being nickel and dimed - then you'll love Sage Intacct. Everything costs more.

Accounting Processes Intact for 24/7 via Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
For the past 5 years as a Billing Specialist in my previous organization, I have been using Sage Intacct to automate accounting processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't complain on my end since Sage Intacct suits all my accounting procedures in a single spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AP, AR and GL automation through Sage Intacct saves time in real-time.
Sage is a go-to solution for efficient and accurate financial services.

It has a great functionality that helps us provide insightful financial analysis for our company and also clients that helps us make informed decisions.

The only thing I have noticed is that it can be a bit hard for new users especially those who are not familiar with accounting software.

Great Experience with Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the user interface is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with editing erroneous transactions.

Sage Intacct does a great job with helping us manage our overall accounting process.

The drill down feature, allows you easily drill right through from a TB to a related GL account to the eventual bill/invoice

customising reports is a bit more of a lift than some other other accounting software packages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using Sage as a consolidatation tool for 18 entities. These has helped us shave considerable time off our MEC.
