What do you like best about the product?
How simple and easy it is to use. How self explanatory it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be much better and it should have the ability to fully transfer over information from sage 100.

Tracking invoices and billings accurately and timely.

Great User Experience as Accountant
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is one of the easiest daily accounting softwares to navigate and customize as necessary. The report writing functions are extrememly valuable in providing our stakeholders with financial data at the click of a button. Sage Intacct automation opportunities have helped cut our month-end process by days and continue to implement new automation opportunities. The customer support team is responsive and ready to help with requests and provide trainings through Sage University and the Sage Community. Sage is used daily in our organization and could not reccomend a better software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage has very few downsides, but sometimes the report writing is difficult to work through without proper training materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has been offering webinars about the future of automation and providing demos for their current automation features. With the direction of the business/accounting world leading to more AI features, Sage has been staying in line and offering new opportunities.
Sage Intacct has transformed our business
What do you like best about the product?
As a multi entity organization, trying to manage 10+ businesses in Quickbooks was challenging. Sage Intacct allows us to have all businesses in one system and we are able to easily see the roll up of how our businesses are preforming. Our corporate credit card and AP automation programs connect to Sage seamlessly which speeds up our month end close process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some trouble with implementation with the Sage Intacct team. We ending up hiring a 3rd party company that is familiar with our industry to set up Sage Intacct in the best way that would work for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to roll up our multi entity business to review financials at a total level.

creating more time in the busines as features make things like posting the bank faster
Intacct is very helpful for accounting and it is user friendly

Intacct helps us record transactions and make payments, helps us to know the financial status of the company, and helps us download relevant reports which in turn make financial decisions easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only disadvantage regarding the sage intact that is - It will not allow us to download the huge report and throw the error message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps in recording invoices and making payments to vendors and also it helps in downloading relevant reports which has made our work easy for future forecasts.

It is very useful for large organization for record large volume of transaction with minimum time.

When the any transaction is recorded wrongly then itis not allow to delete transaction.

My experience has been very positive.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is live. The bank is almost an entirely automated process. This helps reduced our workload significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between entities could be more efficient and clearer. User friendly as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is soliving by cutting down time consuimg tasks and making tasks more efficient.
