Ok but needs improving
What do you like best about the product?
order processing being able to attach backings and it emails them both on.
What do you dislike about the product?
that you can not un allocated a payment.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the reporting capabilities and the ease of looking up information. I like that you can have multiple approval levels and how easy it is to pay bills. The ease of attaching the bills and journal entry support is also really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that in order to change the country of a vendor, you have to first update the Contact List so the country option will become available. I also dislike that you can not load certificate of insurance information on the vendor record unless you specifically have the Construction module. The way the attachments work is weird too and I think it needs some tweaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has solved our workflow approval issues, our bill payment issues, and has consolidated our repository of invoices and journal entry support. It has made the month end close process much faster and it's also easier to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The bank feed and matching and creation rules are a game changer for our company. The system is user friendly and very forgiving with options for reversing and editting most transactions. Importing transactions is relatively easy.
It was easy to implement with 2 years worth of accounting balances being uploaded making comparatives on management accounts possible.
Integration can be via a full API link of .csv import. Both work well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can be time consuming to set up. The supplier approval process is basic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a high volume of repetitive transactions in our bank accounts which had to be manually keyed on a daily basis. Sage Intacct has been able to fully automate this task.

AP and AR are good tools to work upon also bank reco makes it easy to overlook over the transactions and avois any mistakes and errors.

When invoicing , quantity on hand that is shown really helps alot.

To edit your view on the system for ex - Stock, there are to many of one item to choose from.

I love that you can delete transactions easily.

I feel like it could be easier to look up entries posted. It would be nice to look up a vendor and all invoices paid to that specific vendor with totals for year to date and prior year.

What do you like best about the product?
It is smooth work for bulk account data. When we have multiple locations it is best to go for the Intacct. We can customise reports in Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inventory module need to improve. Sometimes it is not easy to understand the report setup it requires experience and skills set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is good product for the multiple locations and give good report customised.

What do you like best about the product?
This system has streamlined our accounting processes so much. We are able to close our books much faster, and with having multiple entities all in the same system it has made our lives so much easier also.
This system is also helpful with the integrated products for online customer payments, the prepaids module, fixed asset module, etc. They are all easy to use and everything happens at the click of a button without having to log into multiple systems for data entry and reporting.
Customer support has been very helpful so far and the knowledge base center is a huge asset. In addition, I appreciate the timeliness of receiving responses from support.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many things that I don't like about Sage Intacct other than wishing it was easier to reverse or reclassify information in certain transactions such as bills that have been paid, cash transactions, etc. Sometimes something just got coded to a wrong account and when I'm reviewing the data, it takes so much time to reverse an entry and redo it, rather than just being able to reclass a department, class, project, account, or amount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Already covered in answer about what I like about Sage. Those were all problems that Sage has solved for us, and the benefit has been providing us with faster closings and therefore faster month-end reporting.
Okay: The modules are segmented and the reports are difficult to customize.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sage University and the help tools for each page. The help tools has assisted me several times in navigating the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am used to running financial reports without preset timeframes. I would like to enter in a timeframe and have it spit out the report. For instance, I would like to run a balance sheet from 4/15/23-3/23/2024, but this option is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows for some automation and helps in book keeping. It is an external software that helps us with digitizing our processes.
