What do you like best about the product?
It's saved us so much time on importing and posting our multi-million dollar payment files per month. Once you learn the system it's easy to us and intuitive. Customer support is great!

I feel like the reporting needs some work, but overall it's a good system.

Time of importing and posting expense payment files.

Its well orginazed and easy to understand.

Not very a lot colors i wish there was more you could change.

Intacct is pretty user friendly and intuitive.

Some of the interfaces are unclear and change randomly.

Amazing accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the financial reports and the grants check system. I can run a Monthly Expenses report fast and easy to use for invoicing. Sage Intacct also has great customer support. You can set up meetings with agents and they can help you for any questions!
What do you dislike about the product?
The software still has limitations. For example, the credit card transactions can not set up allocation cost plan for non profit organzitions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many problems. For example the grant track system and bank reconciliations automation system.
Powerful tool for accounting and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to modify financial reports easily and powerful consolidation module. Integrations with many add-ons available on marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres more room to improve inventory module.

Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is user friendly with a lot of options

I would say that there are not many issues

It handles all my journal entries -banking -ap and ar
very easy to use system

it is very user friendly and intuitive, it is easy to make adjustments if needed in prior periods, easy to set up and to do daily accounting activites on. It integrates well with outside systems such as bank accounts and bill.com
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the modules are older such as prepaid module and then it becomes hard to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have multi entity locations and intacct has helped us with the consolidation feature to bring it all togehter in a nice cohesive way for management reporting
Avid User of Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting function is easy to use and I like the ability to build custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The aesthetic looks a bit outdated and could be updated.

Maintaining all of our various entity information.
Useful Trial Balance System
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pull reports, and trial balance functionality ties to our Accounts Payable system well to have easy audit ready support when looking at General Ledger detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports do not export to Excel well. Journal Entry mass upload is not easy to use. Intercompany transactions is not easy to do. Elimination entries are difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our general ledger and trial balance system and keeps us organized for these matters.
I loved working on Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, i love the functionality of Draft entry and then review and post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, but like SAP Sage Intacct must add some T-Code to directly go to that window.
