Sage Intacct is User friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
It offers financial reporting & Interaction with other systems as well, It is a good choice for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are limited non-financial features.

It is useful you are allowed to add attachments to invoices.
Good number of options available to customise your own filters.

Credit allocation when making payments are way to complex and time consuming.

Multiple external partners with a variety of unique solutions
Lots of choice of Integration partners for those esoteric software connections
Security is easy to set up and is robust
Good connectivity. no known dicsonnect in over 3 years use.
Good access to support across time zones

US based business logic which is gradually being expanded into other countries globally

Contract biling and subscription invoicing,
Saves days at month end when invoincing over 1800 contract lines.

Robust and comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is easy to learn and easy to use. If you've used QB, this is much like it with many more options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attachments cannot be emailed directly out of Sage Intacct with the invoice.

Standarization of our many companies to one platform
Excellent Cloud based Accounting ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a pretty robust Accounting ERP that provides you with the flexibility of setting up your Corporate Structure needs in a way that allows detailed doimensiosn in order to properly review your comapmny's performance (by serice line, department, etc.).
It is also very intutive & easy to use.
I highly recommend it for comapnies with different entities / divisions as it provides you with the flexibility of having everything in one place under one chart of accounts.

There is nothing in particular that I dislike.

The ability to post intercomany transactions in the same journal entry.

tracks records pretty well, and reports are solid

Intacct - Easy of Transition from Previous Software
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of learning/training with Intacct. Very user friendly. We just implemented and went live last week and our group had a seamless transition from our legacy software. Very intuititve help function, user friendly instructions and the modules you can tell are built for how an accounting group works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like how if you pay a bill by Credit Card you cannot Reclassify the GL account for the AP bill.

Efficiencies with automation, reduction of spreadsheets , interfacing with other softwares

Being a Cloud Based solution is one of the most conveient parts of Sage Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though we migrated from another Sage product there has been a learning curve on how to do certain things in Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Inacct has made being able to work remotely so much easier and a much smoother process. We were able to down grade our server infrastructer and remove the requirement of having to work via remote desktop, thus saving money.
No brainer for any finance department!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct simplifies any accounting procedure. Intacct allows me to analyse figures rather than wasting time importing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard Fixed Assets on Intacct is outdated and difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract management and renewal has been simplified. Invoicing clients on a collective basis is curing a lot of administrative headaches.
