Robust accounting software for small/medium sized businesses
What do you like best about the product?
No new things to mention, the same applies to the reporting being top tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Same issues with integrations not being very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting that can be used for numerous purposes, reducing manually accounting.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very easy to use and is veri intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly some of the terminology and help guides could be more UK aimed rather than using all US terminology
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its an upgrade from using Sage 50 and we are very happy so far
An amazing all in one Financial system
What do you like best about the product?
An amazing all in one Financial system made for dimensional accounting with financial consolidations between entities and currencies .This cloud based system extends your organisation beyond boarders , whilst accelerating your month end close , by having traceable transactions with the ability to have notes on attachments and conversations between users . An auditors dream , means reduction in Audit queries whilst improving your internal governance and staff alignment . Dimensional accounting is the way of the future and allows the reporting to be sliced and diced by your choice of metric .
What do you dislike about the product?
Need some experience to customise the reports to your exact needs as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial consolidations between entities and currencies

User friendly and can find answers to questions.

It doesn't sync well with other platforms and have to do lots of things manually.

It helps with the regular bookkeeping and has certain features like recurring entries which are helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Innovative and fast moving software. I've used a lot of diiferent softwares and this hands down is the best software out here! Not to mention --- it's so easy to learn and teach!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. This software meets all of our business needs I can't think of anything else at the moment needed that would make it better lol

Pleasant User experience while using sage intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is user friendly and it has plethora of features to choose from. It's is one of the best account software out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some glitches here and there. And the price is bit on the higher side if I compare with the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Book is easier in Sage Intacct, it's easy to record transactions and sync with different apps like Bill.com and Nexonia account. It's help in Maintaing proper books of accounts.
Sage Intacct Review
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user freindly and transitioned our company from a paper base system to electronic. Julie Lewis has been fantasitc at working through our process/workflow and been so readily available to assist our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike this, but wish there was a simpler way to create PO's that include multiple imaging modalities/deparmtents within the purchase order tab, versus creating separate requisitions and then steps for merging them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
moving to a cloud base versus old school paper process. This is much quicker and easier to manage.

What I love best about Sage Intacct is its robust automation and real-time reporting capabilities. While it offers a lot of features, the learning curve for new users can be steep, which may require significant training time. Some users also note that customization options, while robust, can be complex and might require assistance from support or consulting services.

Alright application, UI is lackluster but not bad.
What do you like best about the product?
I can do what I need to do for my company
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI has small text, weird choice of words for timesheets/expenses/submissions/etc.Too many drop downs and options to choose from. Should be a simple tool with 3 things to do on it.

I dont know what problems sage is solving because I am an employee.
Powerful, and getting better looking
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct excels when it comes to it's reporting. Being able to split up transactions into multiple different dimensions (projects, allocations, departments, etc) allows me to serve my clients well. I am able to create any report they want, sliced and chopped down to exactly what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to Intacct is its user interface makes it hard to learn and use. While I am comfortable in it now, it took a while to get used to and is difficult to train other people on. An additional downside is that it does not always easily sync up to other accouting systems that we use (i.e. AP/AR systems, CRMs, ect.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Sage Intacct solves is multi-entity and multi dementional reporting. I can code one transaction accross multiple different demensions, and then have that transaction show up in multiple unrelated reports because of this. This helps me to create custom, bespoke reporting for my clients.
