Sage Intact is Very user friendly and its interface makes navigation easy
What do you like best about the product?
automation features, which have significantly reduced manual data entry and increased our efficiency, and Number of Features
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users find that the customization options are not as extensive as they would like, making it challenging to tailor the software to very specific business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct addresses several key problems in financial management, which can lead to significant benefits for users like Manual Entring the data, Integration with other system, Complex financial consolidation etc
Good product, would like some additional quality of life features
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has a user friendly interface. It is not difficult to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
When entering timesheets, there is a total hours calculated for only that period. Other solutions also provide a "To Date" total hours but Sage Intacct does not appear to have this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There needs to be a way to enter time spent on different projects and tasks. Sage Intacct allows for this
Great upgrade from Quickbooks Desktop
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Sage has been so helpful and the multi-entity features have been life saving for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would have known about them sooner. It would have saved so much time and so many headaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our multi-entity reporting was a nightmare before getting Sage Intacct. As we explore all of the features and functionality they offer we are finding more and more benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Sage is that there are so many things to do and lots and lots of features. I feel like you are always learning something new with this system. I love how easy it is to do my job and its fast and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Sage is that there is so much to learn. I had to take alot of training classes in order to just use what I would use for my everyday job. This system unfortunately not be for everyone. I'm a super fast learner but even this was difficult to use starting out and was really confusing. Also, the trainers weren't very good to me. I learned alot just trial and error onmy own- playing around with the system. There is still so much for me to learn as well and it seems as though the learning never ends. I also do not think I have access to the customer support, I believe just our leadership does. Which means I have to reach out to multiple people in order to get help with something. The trainers only helped at the beginnig, but not to use going forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is solving to get our grants in the system but I am still not using everything that is offered fully. I feel llike I still do not know everything yet, even though I have been using this for almost a year now, I believe.

Easy to hook up bank feed and create rules

A little clunky at times but fairly easy to figure out

What do you like best about the product?
You can really have everything that your business needs in one place, all your business systems integrate with ease, without the extras. Very modular and scalable so you're not paying for things you dont need, it grows as you do so you dont ever need to change your software again. Theres nothing Intacct can't do it seems. The advanced financial management is better than any other accounting software i've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be a bit heavy on the pocket to start, but the ROI definitely makes it worth it

Streamlining finances from nose to tail, saving 30 hours a month at least avoiding manual processes

Vendor creation, user interface, its very helpful to access through data and maintain records.

Landing page layout. Easy to identify and locate the applications that you need to choose.

Continued process improvement. Looking at it from a customer-centric focused approach. Getting input from valued clientele.

Transitioning to different platforms making it easier and simpler to manage our financial products.
This software has great reporting capabilities but it takes awhile to fully learn how to use it.
What do you like best about the product?
It has great reporting. You can use several different dimensions and the different modules allow you to keep track of everything very easily. It is also highly customizable and can sync with many other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer refunds are difficult to create, and it takes a long time to completely learn how to use the software. I've been using it for 3 years and there is still so much I have to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seems like they listen to their customers and try to make improvements.
