Makes every process easier and very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy some of the daily processes have become, from creating buttons to simplify an entry to streamlining some of our tasks into one subsection.
What do you dislike about the product?
How much there is to learn about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have made some of the most tedius projects become easily manageable. From simplifying our daily tasks to assisting with creating new ways to help us day to day they are benefiting the whole team in a major way!
Sage Review
What do you like best about the product?
I likw how easy Sage is to use. The classic view is much better than Beta view
What do you dislike about the product?
Woul dlike to see graphics to make it more fun
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It holds all things that we need from bank rec, AP to AR plus username.

Very user friendly, and if you need help with something there are many tools to help you find what you are looking for. Lots of functions
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lot of infomation at the start, and the help section can be overwhelming if your arent sure what exactly you are looking for.

Keeping everything in once place.

- Prepaid Module is overly comoplicated and causes lots of issues
- Fixed asset module is also too complicated
- Bank recs are ok but doesnt allow multiple transactions to be matched with multiple transactions

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a financial analyst, the reporting capabilities are helpful to me. I am able to download useful reports that make my variance analysis easier. Also, the ability to easily drill down to the GL level and view attachments makes my life easier. Furthermore, the different JE types allow our team to track journal entries in ane fficient way (i.e. PYRJ for payroll)
New user but loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting functionality within Intacct is unmatched. Coming from a legacy system that required a lot of coding knowledge to write reports, it's great to be able to get the system to output the data I need how I need it without a lot of tweaking on my end. The implementation process has been smooth to date and introducing our managers and end users to the features has been met with a lot of enthusiasm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any disadvantages with the software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old system didn't have the capability of producing profitability reports for projects in real time - Intacct solves that and gives our project managers a great snapshot on how their progress is coming along.
A software to ease Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very helpful for recording accounting transactions and details of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is a bit slow and lags sometimes.

Sage Intacct helps in recording the vendor details which helps in business.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the integration tools for Sage Intacct. I feel like I outsourced myself!
Before using Intacct we had to manually create and import a file for our credit card transactions, we had to manually enter our employee expense reimbursement and had to issue checks for our invoices. With the help of my integration team, transitioning to Intacct was a breeze. We integrated our credit card transactions and our employee expenses to automagically sync. We then added on bill pay and it is so easy (literally, it does it without me), now I'm saving around 4 hours a week
I also love dashboards. I built simple to use dashboards for everyone in our organization that has budget responsibility. They can visit them as frequently as they want/need without my help.
I will say that I can only imagine that customer support (the actual people) is amazing because I have never had the need to use them. The suport options in the training tools and knowledgebase is so well done that I have solved my own issues. If something did come up I know that the support team will be there ready to assist.

I have been using Sage Intacct for a year and have yet to find anything that I dislike.

Sage Intacct serves our our financial tool and accounting data respository. It is the backbone of all things financial.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly and overall easy to use.

Sometimes there are syncing issues with our expense reimbursement platform that can cause issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes AP processing very easy.
So much better than QuickBooks!
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct has a lot of functionality QuickBooks did not have. The biggest plus is the ability to track projects (grants, contracts, campaigns, etc). We have a lot of programs. locations, and funding sources, so project tracking has been a game changer. I like that Intacct was designed by accountants for accountants; it's very easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to learn in Intacct. We are nowhere close to using it to its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct has enabled us to do away with many paper processes and made reporting much easier.
Difficult to navigate

Once you understand the process it gets easier to use.

Its convuluted product with many layers to reporting.
