Its just alright.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can pull data from Sage to Excel with ease, your company makes it very easy to do this, and I greatly appreciate how it centers the database around the user. I am a huge fan of doing my data work in Excel, so this makes Sage a very good software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular stands out about Sage. It is just kind of bland, not excited, and part of the daily humdrum. With the fun exciting interface and designs Salesforce has, it makes things less arduous and maybe you can learn from that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is doing a good job steamlining storage and assess of my data for the grants my company manages.
Reports are robust and accurate up to the minute details
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature helps me on a daily basis to make key descisions on financials. I love how with one click I can get details of transactions happening in real time or even do an aging report and find out where something went ary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Sage on a daily basis and I need it to be quick and accurate. this was one of my key issues I was complaining baout my old system. Implementation took a bit and customizations, but it was well worth the wait. Customer service was a key help to all things timeline related. Our old system was integrated with ease and did not take long at all. Im glad we took the leap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated reports can really transform the way you handle financial data. They not only save time but also ensure accuracy and consistency in your reporting. I really appreciate the detailed financial statements that can be generated with just a few clicks.
Good, but should be Great
What do you like best about the product?
Sage products are typically fantastic. Sage launched this product a little prematurely in my opinon. Each update to the software seems to be getting things to where they need to be.
Product is easy to navigate and there are multiple ways to get the same information from various reports. Transactional processing is also quite intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some canned reports from Sage 50 ($500, off the shelf program) are not in their expensive ERP. Sage missed the mark here. We are spending thousands with external consultants for what should have been included with the software... this is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product has definitely afforded the company various efficiencies vs the legacy Sage 300 program that we were utilizing. The biggest time savings has come from parnering with Miter for our payroll and payroll tax processing.
Sage Intacct is a very intuitive accounting software that is easy to use and understand
What do you like best about the product?
The drill down features allow for easy navigation when reviewing trasactions. It also has plenty of prebuilt API integrations that have eased migration from Sage 300.

Sage Intacct is a little more expensive than our previous software but the benefits outweigh the cost

The ease of use and speed of performance

Intacct is easy to use and the system provides everythiing we need to report detailed reslults.

Some reports like the AR aging does not allow you to drill down for details.

Integrates with Many Applications
What do you like best about the product?
The most I like of Sage Intacct is that it integrates with various third party applications. Its Open application Programming Interface is easy to developset up and maintain. It saves time and increase efficiency. Also the Help Centre of Sage Intacct is very useful to undersatnd the doubts when we face during implelmentation of the client instance
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike about Sage Intacct is I am not able to download the material on various Application which is provided in Help Center. Also there are many sublinks on the page in Sage Intacct.

Sage Intacct help centre is useful in resolving doubts which we get while implementating a client instance.

SAGE INTACCT - A step up
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based application that allows for API integration of enterprise systems. The system makes good use of context based help features along with good support and training with the SAGE University.

Completely different look and feel than previous SAGE Premium application

What I like best about Sage Intacct is its ease of use, which makes it simple for teams to navigate and manage financial tasks. The software is straightforward to set up, ensuring a smooth implementation process. Customer support is always responsive and helpful. Sage Intacct offers numerous features that cover all financial management needs. Additionally, its seamless integration with other systems ensures a smooth workflow across platforms, due to all these reasons the frequency of use is high.

The learning curve can be steep for new users, and it may take time to become comfortable with the interface.

A simple solution for Accounting needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I am happy using Sage Intacct.It is easy to use and it didn't take much time to figure out things. There are lot of features that are needed for my everyday task. The integration of Sage Intaccct with other software makes my work easy.Ibcan rely on it often. Even if some error occurs the customer support helps me overcome the situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system feels slow when running larger reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct solved the issue of manual data entry and its automation features helps to process invoice, approve payments also in reconciliations. I can easily track the expense and manage budgets here.
