Long time user
What do you like best about the product?
They have excellent customer service, any time I have had issues in the past they have been resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a long time for new ideas to be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a better handle on the P&L and how each entity is performing.
My experience has been positive. Easy to use and great reporting

The positives are the automation of manual processes, real-time analytics and good reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something I disliked it would be the american terminology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping to streamline current manual processes which is benefiting me by saving time, possibly reducing human error and information is available in a more timely manner.
It has been a learning curve, but good for the amount of detail in one system.
What do you like best about the product?
The different modules. The ability to view the trail of a transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modules differ in style and language making it difficult to remember which module uses which terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving the allocation issues. You can set up a one time figure to calculate an allocation and then apply it to many transactions.

Most Convenient System
What do you like best about the product?
They organize everything in such a clear format. The software works quickly and its easy to learn.
They have so many good features that make everything easy to search for and find.

The only thing that is bad about intacct is that it takes a while to load when changing from one page to the other.

They are organizing everything and helping us keep track of the money going out in such a clear organized way.
Easy to Manage, Very Organized Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track, manage and sort company finances is a great advantage and the function of creating, raising and approving Purchase orders is the best part for me about Sage Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing to dislike, I only have about 6 months of using Sage Intacct and its been very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The clunkiness of manual finance has been made a click-and-solve matter, allowing for ease of tracking any payment from start to finish.

I'm an accountant and find Intaact user friendly and easy to use. Easy to run reports and analyze.

Would be great if financials can be run for multiple facilities at once.

This platform is not intuitive and offers no assistance for new users not familiar with SAGE.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing thus far is that windows saves my password for me. It looks to be a useful platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find any support concerning how to receive ordered items, and then assign those to a specific job. There are no "step-by-step" guides. I have to watch videos to find out they are unhelpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage does not benefit me because after two hours of instruction, I have no new skills, and am unable to perform the duties of my job.
