What do you like best about the product?
Clear navigation from the home page - easy to use application

Have some challenges with our inter-entity functions

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sage Intacct has upgraded our financial accounting, which has turned processes that used to take days into processes that now take only a few hours. Help on this page is by far the best feature available!
What do you dislike about the product?
The AR side of Sage Intacct regarding invoicing individuals as an employee user is not as smooth as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has allowed us to streamline our approvals via online as opposed to the manual/paper route. We cut down on hours of work each week .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time during implementation to make sure you are setting things up correctly because if not it is very difficult to undo implementation items.

Would like decrease in pricing and want to keep seeing great innovation.

Use Nexonia’s integration with Intacct for speedy expense reimbursement. Can attach all receipts and invoices.

I cannot stand the interface of the AR section

Keeping up with receivables is much easier
Intacct Efficiency is Key
What do you like best about the product?
I love to train our new employees. It's incredibly user friendly, and training becomes very easy. The transition for a new staff member can be quite seamless. Love this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are not enough hours in the day for me to learn more about Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are simplifying processes and saving time. Great time savings can be realized once your staff is trained and comfortable with system. Looking forward to learning more and more ways to save time on data entry.

Don't pass up the opportunity to use this program. It's great. You will not be disappointed.

Our initial set up was for short term business operations not future growth

We are realizing to stay with a slim team we have to automate more. That is possible with intacct

Understand all the options and best practices before diving in
My first experience at Sage Intacct has been enlightening.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the choices of classes. There were enough classes for our whole team that was in attendance to benefit.

There has not been anything that I dislike so far.

The Collections Module will provide a central location for a team's notes on collection efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Really happy with our decision to purchase Intacct and as I learn more about their future roadmap and the use of AI I'm excited about the future as an Intact customer

Not much to add at this point as we still working thru our implementation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have disparate sysems today and with Intacct we will be fully integrated with SalesForce which is very important to us. We anticipate that our invoice process alone will save a day a month.

All of the sessions I went to were really useful. The speakers were very engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't a huge fan of the general sessions. I would have rather been able to spend more time in the other classes.

We are using smart rules to limit what can be entered into each journal.
Best Business decision
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best business decisions i ever made was to implement Intacct. We replaced an outdated version of GP. It takes me a click of a button to run our financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is no budgeting tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time data, cloud base so i can access from everywhere. Integration with bill.com which is paperless and time saving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the right consultants to implement it. Have them build the financial reporting and don't have hard cut off. Bring the data for a full year.
