What do you like best about the product?
The workflows are pretty robust and simple to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
User Interface?experience could be a lot better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and budgeting have become easier but I'd like to see a lot of improvement especially in the budgeting space.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to slice and dice data across dimensions. Consolidate multiple entities seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My list of dislikes is very short. An improved financial report writer but this was just announced to be on the way in 2017.

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct gave me /us ( the team) the option to have family time ( a life besides work) especially during busy month end, quarter end and year end ... for example before Intacct I/we could have never left the office early on a summer day and go hang out with the kids/ the dog/or cat and enjoy the rest of the summer day with the family. With intacct now I/we can do that- I/we leave work early afternoon and finish the work on the front porch/ or back porch and that is because Intacct allows me/us to use the " front porch accounting"

What do you dislike about the product?
n/a reporting needs work- does not allow for full consolidations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all legal entities in one system, one GL only

What do you like best about the product?
I think the uploading capabilities are amazing. I love the interface . It is very sleek and and makes it very easy to navigate the system. I'm happy that is cloud based and esily accessibble from any location.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I can say that is negative about intacct. I do wish that it talked more with qbo. I wish there was more functionallity and compatibility with the quickbook systems. I wish there was a way to have data from Quickbooks self populate into Intacct. Of course, I would need to reveiew all info before it is posted, but it would make our monthly revenue reconciliations a lot quicker
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Budgeting and dashboard functionalities are the primary reason I attended the conference.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make use of all experts when implementing intaact. It would work wonders for any and every company. Don't be afraid to ask questions, even if it seems impossible. You will be surprised of all the capabilities of the Intacct software.

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is much more user friendly than other systems I have used. As an employee new to my company, I had to learn Intacct from scratch as all prior users were no longer with the company. With a little help from our consultant, I was able to fully navigate and go through the close process within a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting in Intacct isn't as user-friendly as the rest of the system - especially Financial reporting. I can usually get 95% of the way done with a report, but then need to employ a consultant to finish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated our project reporting, so all project costs and revenues can be reported through Intacct as opposed to being tracked in a separate spreadsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the custom reporting functionalities that you don't have to be a programming expert to be able to work it out.

Also, most custom functions are easy to use and you don't really need a lot of IT support. For a company size likes us where we don't have full time IT support, this ERP system works well without the parameter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a lot of accounting functionalities are quite basic. there are certain limitations with the reporting functions you could not do anything you like.

also, the interface is very accounting, which means is not user friendly for non-accounting users. if we want to implement a cloud-based ERP system that integrates with other softwares, you want the buy-in from non-accounting users and that is not the popular interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
data analytics and dashboard would be the most beneficial feature of intacct. we could build real-time dashboard for executives to view. data access is online and real-time. it eliminates a lot of accounting support to the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i would to small and medium sized companies. Although the concern is the benefit that small and medium sized companies could reap from the high cost of implementation.

The easy-to-read dashboards and the reporting capabilities are some of my favorite things about Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Intacct had integrated Payroll functionalities.
