I love this product, I've use quickbooks and great plains this product was user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is, our account manager is quick to help when I have a problem. They have an awesome team. I love how they are revolving to make the system even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, Everything that I have to do for my position it works. I learned while in this conference that you guys are doing more to simplify a lot of things that our company will need in a year or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've realized that intacct interact with customers to learn how to better their system, I think that is amazing.

IAP Implementation assistance. Understanding the project mod as it relates to Non profit accounting and grant reporting.

More robust training for IAP's for onboarding new clients
Great dashboard capabilities!
What do you like best about the product?
I work at a charter school district, and Intacct dashboards have been very useful for us in creating dashboards and disseminating budget/financial information to school leaders. It's easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that the complexity of a school environment requires a lot of customization, but that likely would apply in any system!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are facilitating sharing information to budget owners and creating a good snapshot of our financial position.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a new user to Intacct, but I can already say that I like how user friendly it is. I also like that Intacct is devoted to continuous improvement. The product continues to evolve for the better, and Intacct is very receptive to recommendations from its customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now the only critique I have is the complexity of the report writing functionality. However, they have demo'd improvements that should address this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now we are looking to improve our billing process and Intacct has presented some interesting solutions .

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is highly configurable. I love the fact that the intacct team is constantly thinking of new ways to innovate the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an IAP partner, I wish that platform services was available for use when NOT on the full use price structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing our clients with real-time financial information to make business decisions. This is very important because it is something that they have never had before. Once you are able to open the client's eyes about the current financial status about the business they are better equipped to make decisions that can have an immediate impact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you do not rush any implementations and that you understand how the reporting structure is designed to work with the native dimension structure.

I like the Multi Entity Functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
i do not currently like the Inventory module

Side by Side P&L's, dashboard, visibility, etc.

Awesome system, I would highly recommend it

What do you like best about the product?
We've found Intacct to be extremely flexible - when we have an issue or a new feature need there is either a partner in the ecosystem with a solution or Intacct will work with us to put our requirements in the roadmap or Intacct professional services is there to help us develop a custom solution for our unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Intacct has a relatively small footprint in the market not all of our first choice vendors for third-party modules have native integrations and we have to look to in-house or partner-delivered integration solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ours will always ne a matter of scale. In the face of extremely rapid growth, how do we do more with same resources we had last year. Intacct is enabling us to automate and integrate with solutions that are leading our business forward.

concur intergration, inability to upload fixed assets thorugh a journal entry

Reporting on multiple dimensions, less manual reporting, more timely month end process
Reveiw of Intacct Accounting Package
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is easy to use and well laid out. The new reporting is that is going to come in 2017 looks amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service and support is extremely poor. I've had several shouting matches with them and its rather frustrating sometimes to even get an SOW or someone assigned when there is an issue that needs development.

Powerful Reporting & Finance Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct provides the flexibility to design a system that works for the users. the scale of customization and ability to generate meaningful reports has greatly increased reporting for every department. The ability to seamlessly integrate with a variety of products takes accounting automation to a new level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for necessary development features to operate an effective and automated multi base-currency and multi-entity structure. Great releases have made strides in 2016, 2017 should be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased reporting and visibility provide a insight to every departments needs. From projects to kpis to metrics intacct has helped us communicate necessary things to every department.
