Enjoying it.
What do you like best about the product?
The reports are excellent in Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Vendor set up is very limiting. I would like to be able to take a vendor that was set up at one location and expand it to the top level. Would also like to be able to combine several vendors if users create a duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to compare the different locations and their spending.
A Complete Cloud Accounting System
What do you like best about the product?
We've not found a single accounting task that couldn't be accomplished using Sage Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make extensive use of custom dimensions to slice and dice our income and expenses. This has saved us a huge amount of time producing custom spreadsheets.

If it's in your price range, be sure to consider it.

Cloud based accounting, all paper is scanned in, very versatile

Reporting can be challenging, but also very versatile

It is a powerful, clean, accounting system that is definitely worth your consideration.
Easy to use and customize
What do you like best about the product?
We recently made the switch to Sage Intacct from Microsoft Dynamics and it was like finally joining the 21st century. Intacct is extremely easy to use and customize. New staff picks it up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I dislike about Intacct is that while they tout all these cool features, a lot of them are individually priced modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-level program reporting. We've automated financial reporting and taken out having to dump data into Excel.
The trade off with intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is well laid out and easy to navigate. Everything can be easily found within the drop down menus and a plethora of search options and reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only knock on the software is it’s inabimity to seamlessly integrate with our CRM, SalesForce. At times sales orders and invoices don’t properly transfer over.
Also, at times the system errors out and you just go back in and redo things... sometimes the systems properly carried out your request and other times it does not.

The ability to have clean and concise invoicing and clean reporting.

Make sure that if you’re pairing with other software that you check for any known issues.

nothing there is nothing that I dislike about the app

able to put balance sheet and income statement easily
Amazing ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is very user friendly and the cloud capability is amazing. The dashboards and user interface are amazing and allows you to drill into line items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading big journal entries can be a pain as the error log only give you the first error found in the csv file. This may add additional time and can be very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We upgraded to Sage Intacct from a very old ERP system and allows us to close the book in record time.
It Does the Job
What do you like best about the product?
The support has been pretty helpful when I encounter an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always intuitive and does not seem as robust as preferred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendor Master is easily tracked and updated in Intacct. Making bulk uploads is easy. Our accounting team seems to enjoy the software as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have not seen any noticeable improvements in the product in the 1-3 years I have been using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to find all relevant information regarding a product or order

It often froze or locked us out depending on how many users were logged in

Inventory management , sku database and order management
Good uncomplicated system

I like the organization and the ability to customize to your preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot have it running in two tabs at once, makes multitasking difficult. I also dislike that you cannot export reports into an existing excel file.

The ability to quickly run reports and find the information I am looking for easily and quickly
