What do you like best about the product?
I like how professional the event is everything looks and feels like it was planned out by the best of the best. I also like how their are many options in breakout classes. The venue locations have been great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main complainant is that many breakout sessions are about third party software I feel like the breakout sessions should be about learning how to best use Intacct and not sales pitches that is what the expo is for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving is re-entry of data in multiple systems. Additionally, we are using it to link to our other software
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you think through the implementation very well as that is what will determine if you make the most use out of the software

Intacct has been a great tool and has grown with us

What do you like best about the product?
Being paperless, once i learned the reporting there is really nothing it will not do. The audit process is easier since we don't have to pull multiple bills. Our auditors can login and see any bill or payment inside of Intacct. The ease of importing data from other sources. Multiple dimensions built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having multiple logins for Intacct, community, the advantage app. I feel it is lacking in out of the box accounts payable reports. Some of the changes that are made are not seamless - such as one of the A/P roll outs within the last 2 months - you all quickly recalled it and went back to the original, but that week for us was horrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining locations, classes and departments to slice and dice data. Having mulitple sites and one centralized accounting department has worked well.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is extremely easy to use. The interface is easy to navigate, reports can be generated into various formats with just a button click. Moving from A/R to A/P to Journals to Cash Management is quick with the side toolbar, and assigning favorites helps me find what I'm looking for since I don't utilize a lot of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the nice interface comes some updates that slow me down or take time to learn. There isn't much I dislike about Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've realized I can duplicate entries and set-up recurring journal entries to make month end closing faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the purchasing workflows. It makes purchasing approvals easy and seamless. No chasing down people to approve, They can do it from home if they aren't in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that setting up the various levels of purchasing approvals is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting rid of paper! The cloud has allowed us to be more efficient as we are able to work from anywhere.

Awesome product - great integrations

What do you like best about the product?
They have a great community and the software itself is very robust. We are still in process of exploring all the possibilities of the software, but so far it has been great and we can't wait to further expand on our product environment to reap the benefits of all its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the support could be a little better. A lot of our questions get rerouted and sometimes it is hard to get a good response for our asks. I think more robust online training would make things easier for a first time user as well. We paid for a class, which helped a lot, but if there was this availability online or to have them send trainers out to our office to train us in real time, sometimes that is helpful too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently figuring out what integrations make sense and are actively working on a few more. One of my biggest takeaways from the classes was the importance of setting up the dimensions and departments correctly as that will make or break reporting. We're trying to figure out how to fix that in our existing environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to implement, there is no need to rush. It takes a lot of time to determine how you should set up your environment (dimensions, departments, GL accounts) to make sure that when you are creating reports, you can pull in the right data and have peace of mind that it is sound data.
