Great Solution for the Right Size Business
What do you like best about the product?
Multi-entity solution is great for diverse group of small entities
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a pricey solution for small startup but definitely something you want to grow into
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to consolidate 7 QBO files into 1 application and institute push-button consolidations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you learn as much as you can about the product before you do the implementation. In our case, we put way too much of the configuration at the top level and now that other entities are starting to use additional functionality, we can't "hide" the company specific things like we should be able to do.
Consolidating multiple companies with a click has been a godsend

Easy reporting of the financials across my locations

Digging deeper into transactions from those reports

We consolidate 10 companies in two currencies. We now do this with a click of a button

Capabilities and ease of this platform, this can do wonders in our org. Accuracy and efficiency is our high priority

We are new to Sage Intact , right now none

it's a cloud base account software, easy to access.

TB by dimension report can not be generated directly

Importing function is very helpful and saved lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
I love dimensions, and versatility of reporting they allow to create. It's possible to slice and dice data and present stakeholder-oriented reports. I love the option of integrations with best of breed solutions and look forward to quarterly releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bank recs could be better (auto matching deposits), and Budgeting capabilities are limited (vs Adaptive Insights). Perhaps Intacct has it and I don't know about it, the auto-generated package of monthly/quarterly/Board reports would be great

I love the customization of the invoices in order entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of the Credit Card transactions and payment of the bills.

Multi Entity efficiency. It is wonderful and a huge time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! It will be worth it! Get a reallllllly good consultant though.

The best part about Sage Intacct is the dashboards

I really do not have a feature that I dislike

The Safe Intacct accounting software is worth the transition effort.

The flexibility of Intacct to handle our fiscal sponsorship program

Admin interface feel like it could use an update with better tool tips

What do you like best about the product?
easy functionality and helpful help menu . Very easy navigation ui and customization can be done via finance group without any need for it interaction

the additional dimension groups available for reporting. this is currently only limited to account groups, and a few other but should be available for all dimensions like item, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
coming from sap we are saving a ton of money and ease of use. we are utilizing the ability of custom reports to better see what the numbers are and what they actually mean.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
we were able to get a free 30 day demo of the system and was able to do 90% of my job with never looking at a help menu or anything just showing the ease of use and moving around in the system. A wonderful selling point

executive style reporting and the breadth in which intacct can go
What do you dislike about the product?
very complicated to learn and use. once you set up, you are forgotten. There i sso many integration softwares, but I havent even learned intacct fully, so there is no way I can learn all of these others.

No problems have been solved. Haven't really gotten any benefits - still using excel unfortunately to do reports
