One of the best Accounting Softwares
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and user-friendly. I am working on Sage Intaact daily for multiple clients and have not faced much issues in Intaact in my 2 years of experience. If in case any issues were there it got resolved pretty quick once it was raised. Also Intaact provides various financial reports for monthly or yearly analysis which can be customised as per our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to delete entries is not available. We have to zero out the entries.

Sage Intacct journal entry manangement
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct interface is very user friendly. Easy to post bulk entries without any technical glitches. Easy to export all financial reports required with important fields. And also Intacct helps us to get clear picture of financial report for sub entities of any customer. Easy for daily use and implementation of journal entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drop down feature for selecting sub entities should be expanded. Sometimes difficult to select particular entity of a customer having 10+ sub entities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to post bulk entries for larger size customer without any difficulty or any glitches. This helped me to close month end activities before the timeline.
Sage Intacct, the best accounting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a great tool for maintaining strong control over all accounting processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like as much about Sage Intacct is that it can be a bit user-unfriendly for new users—it could definitely be more intuitive. However, once you get the hang of it, it’s an excellent tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we handle all our accounting through Sage Intacct. It’s a fantastic tool that helps us keep everything organized and under control, from invoices and financial statements to payments and more.
Easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intaact has made paying our bills a simple process. I am new to this software, but I have learned to use it quickly and feel confident in my ability to input and manage my company's AP. Of all the accounting software I have used in the past, I am most impressed with Sage Intaact! I use Sage on a daily basis and have only had good experiences with customer support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find a bit lacking, at least for me so far, is the options and ease of creating/printing reports, and that may be a learning curve issue for me personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intaact has streamlined our AP processes, making it easier to input and track our bills.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can duplicate an entry! I am a new user and so far it's been a pleasant experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't used enough to see any downsides and doubt that there will be any.

Uncertainty of booking new transactions and conducting transactions between multiple entities.

It is a little slow at times and takes quite sometime to load

It is extremely fast as a cloud based system. I love the fact that yu can have more than one tab open at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you cant use MS SQL statements to build reports

The database size allowance

What do you like best about the product?
Having automated postings and being able to create my own reports is great. Customer support is helpful whenever we have issues with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to pay a USD bill with a Canadian credit card is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated deferred revenue and prepaid expenses saves us a lot of manual work with spreadsheets. The global consolidations also save us a lot of manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Great that you can attach invoices and they can be viewed easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
When doing credit card reconcilliation I input multiple lines and the VAT amount needs to be amended at the end, before saving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can attach invoices so auditors can have access to this so I don't need to retrieve from my records to send to them! This saves a great deal of time.
