A major time save everyday.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate. The amount of time I've saved with multiple navigation tools is immense. As someone who uses Intacct everyday it is very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an option to be notified if I forget to give an entry an Account. Also a better duplicate system would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me have a nice organized General Ledger.
Entry Level AP User
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitiveness of the program. I remembers my actions and learns as we go to common actions. I love the reporting and the ability to input data from one to the other such as 1099 reporting and funding review each payables cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I should be able to delete my own personalized, memorized reports without needing additional permission. If I can create it, edit it; I should be able to delete it. I also believe that PDFs of report all show on standard 8x11, portrait and it should be intuitive to show data visually appealing and simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of collaboration between AP Team, report options (PDF, excel, CSV, etc.) and upload templates are amazing

I like how you are able to customize reports you are looking at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you can't download P&L's to excel with formulas in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our need for an accounting software for multiple different entities.
A great tool for Accounts Payable and other Finance departments
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sage Intacct to be very versatile. I work in two departments and am able to utilize Sage Intacct for both rolls. The ease of looking up invoices, making reports, and seeing the aging on accounts is very valuable. I also am a big fan of the new enhanced list, I find it much easier to use and integration from the old Sage was seamless. I have been a daily user of Sage since 2022 and I have only had to use support once, their response was very fast and my issue was fixed in less than 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I really dislike about Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct saves me a lot of time with the ability to import hundreds of invoices at one time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I have worked with a few accounting softwares before and Sage Intacct is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some development issue or features that I would like to have within Sage Intacct. However, I know there is always something like this with all of the software out there, and Sage is working hard to better their products everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has added many features that they didn't have before, and that is very helpful and makes my work more efficient.
Great Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I really like all of the reports you can run and how customizable they are, I have always been able to find what I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to pull a report that shows more than 12 months.

Sage is helping me solve the issue of providing detailed and accurate financials to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigating through the portal. Reports are great!

Sage is a great system, I would prefer this system over any other system. Reports are easy to run .
Sage Intacct: A Cost-Effective, Feature-Rich Cloud Accounting Tool with a Manageable Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best advantages of Sage Intacct is its great support for companies with multiple entities. Intacct allows you to set up different locations with each entity which makes it easy manage your books across different entities, including foreign entities. This is also reflected in the custom reporting options that you can obtain by customizing various reports depending on your organization’s needs.
Additionally, the ability to assign departments to specific accounts gives you better visibility and control over departmental performance. Revenue scheduling is another strong feature as it lets you automate and manage complex revenue recognition scenarios with ease. The fixed asset module is detailed and thorough, enabling accurate tracking, depreciation, and reporting of assets over their lifecycle.
Sage Intacct also has a robust billing system that integrates with other software, such as Sales Force, which allows our accounting managers follow the billing process from invoice creation to revenue recognition. There is also support for deferred billing and revenue schedules. The same also applies to the AP side. We can use the Intacct AP module or use a third-party and get the needed results and visibility.

What do you dislike about the product?
The software can be slow at times, especially when handling large data sets or running complex reports. I noticed that new updates occasionally introduce bugs or issues, which can disrupt our workflows. The user interface (UI) feels outdated in my opinion compared to more modern platforms, and there’s room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps our organization by streamlining multi-entity accounting, automating revenue recognition, and improving reporting visibility. Its customizable reports and the ability to assign custom dimensions to the chart of accounts helps us achieve our goals.
User friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user friendly interface of Sage Intacct and the variety of options we didn't have in Sage 100.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to customize after initial setup. Most likely need to do some training in Sage University to get the full functions and capabilities within the program.

Streamlining AP processes with Concur import files.
Easy to use and customize
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable modules have been a game changer in our day to day accounting. It is great to be able to keep Fixed Assets, Prepaids, Leases, Cash Management and Revenue Recognition all under one umbrella. Not only that but we are able to customize our modules and reporting to fit our business needs. This is used every single day when we go through our daily entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading reports is still clunky and leaves a lot to be desired. I feel like there are too many annoying steps to get to downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving the problem of having all of our important work living in spreadsheets. We have since uploaded them to our Sage Intacct module and life has been so much easier.
