One stop solution for financial needs
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Intacct for more than 2 years now and I'm extremely impressed by its capabilities. This cloud-based financial software management provides remarkable flexibility and scalability, which aligns perfectly with our expanding business. The interface is designed with ease of use allowing smooth and efficient navigation throughout the system.
The most notable feature is the real-time reporting and automation facilities which reduce manual work and minimize errors. Their customer service is amazing and they are quick with their responses.
The integration with other tools like Avalara, has enhanced our workflow and provides easy access to other departments.
I strongly endorse Intacct to any organisation in search of powerful, trustworthy and looking for financial needs in one stop.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I did not encounter any specific dislikes, I found the creation of custom reports to be overly complicated, as the system-generated reports do not meet the required information, Nevertheless, intacct is an outstanding solution for financial needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in finding the required reports in the software and the speed that they are able to be created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of audit trails to see what has been posted and changed and by who.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is conistent in keeping together on our records and allows for an automatic syncing between our ERP software.
Customizable Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The endless options to customize any feature in it that you want. From reports to order filters, there are many options to be customized and filtered specifially to what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Intacct isn't as user friendly as I'd like. I know there are ways to do things but I have trouble at times getting to the right place to get those accomplished.

I do think that there are a lot of steps to do certain things like posting items from the bank feed

at a time only one client can be opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when we process the Bill , we can correctly take the GL coding that is updated in Intacct and By evaluating the aging report we will able to pay the bills on time.
